I loved Mrs. K. McNemee, she listen and answered all my questions. She was very helpful during the process. The Greenpoint Apartments have 2 pools that are well kept up daily. They are Pet friendly which for me as a pet owner is a BIG plus. Each building is well maintained daily with amazing well kept lawn. Greenpoint also has great activities areas like BBQ place, business center, conference room, a theater room, half size basketball court and 2 full size gyms. Highly recommend! I've been here almost three months and the staff is amazing! Betty and Karla are great and will help with whatever it is you may need. Maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The location is second to none! I can't say enough good things about the place. After living in Austin, TX my entire life, Greenpoint Urba Living staff has made the transition seamless. You won't be disappointed! Worth every penny. Thank you!

I have lived here for over two years and I can tell you that previous management was way more respectful and nice to me. I have had the two ladies in the front talk to me so rudely and disrespected me on the phone and person. I asked about my upcoming lease and Karla or Betty told me, "Well did you send us the email about your lease? Have you checked your email because we sent it." I went in person and she checked the computer and turns out they had not sent me the new lease. She then tried to save herself by stating we told some other management in charge of that to do it. Moved recently from Colorado and needed an apartment that did not require a year's lease as well as accepted pets. Greenpoint Urban satisfied these requirements. Karla, Manager, was very helpful working with me over the phone to hold an apartment that finally became available. She answered all my questions and worked with me to get moved in and settled. Once I moved in, I had trouble with my ice maker in the refrigerator but service was very prompt and courteous. The area is clean and quiet. Nice to place to live.

I LOVE this place! Fun, yet peaceful environment. I have lived in several property's but Greenpoint has definitely been the safest place for me.
I really like all the positive changes they are doing to the property & the ladies in the leasing office are always helpful and willing to drop what they are doing to attend the residents.

Big thanks to the office staff for welcoming me to the community. They were very helpful and helped me through every step of the way. Leasing the apartment was very easy and the approval process was quick and painless, minutes after filling out the application. It has been difficult finding a place to live with all the amenities I was looking for and they were able to accommodate me with an apartment before my employment transfer. Moving is always stressful and the staff made it so easy. This is a gated community with two pools, cameras, gym, close to shops, restaurants, and the expressway, overall
