I use to recommend all my friends and family to come here.....well not anymore ever since my sister brought her car here. My sister bought brand new pair of tires, price was decent what made me a bit upset what my sister told me was that they were using a big hammer to break rust away from wheel to hub after taking the lug nuts off the wise guy kept hammering her wheel very hard so my sis told the guy to stop because she saw 1 lug nut was still on and the guy just shrugged his shoulder and said "oh". This family owner and operated business is awesome. The brothers were able to source 17" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in 3 days while none of the big chain stores could get them period. On top of that Chris had in-stock some rare and special metal valve stems for my very rare 30 year old AMG 3 piece Oz Racing wheels that no other shop in town had or even knew what to do to get them to hold air as conventional rubber and metal stems won't work in my wheels. Chris RoadForce balanced the tires to the wheels for maximum smoothness then hand torqued the lug bolts to factory spec.

Google used tires near me and this place was in the top 3. I usually go to a different place not too far from them but I read such great reviews I wanted to see for myself. The used tire that was placed on my 2016 chrysler 200 was awesome and the price was fair. Thank you and I will be back for future business.

These guys usually do their job good. But while I was changing out my rims today the guy calls me over to let me know one of the hub caps aren't fitting. So I was like fine whatever I'll adjust it when I get home... when I get home I see they actually broke one of the tabs but none of the guys said anything about it and just sent me home thinking I needed to adjust it when really they broke off one of the tabs. Idk which worker did it but that's dishonest to me cause not only am I paying for the rims to be switched and balanced but now I have to buy a new hub cap for one of my wheels which is

I think I got a great deal. I sent them an email, told them my spending limit, and they responded the next day with a quote near my spending limit. I set up an appointment through the email. 2 days later came in and everything went really smooth. I was even able to bring my dog with me. That's how smooth it went. In less than 30 mins. Chris was super friendly and helpful! I was in the market for black rims for my RAV4. I found some I liked off the website. Chris came back and showed me a few cheaper options that looked similar to the ones I wanted. My bank account definitely appreciated that! Took a week for my rims to come in. Once they arrived, Chris said just show up whenever I had time and it would only take about 45mins. I was in and out super fast! Whole experience was great! I was looking for brake pads replacement to be done on my car. I didn't know there are places that will replaced them for you if you bring your own brakes. Most places want $150-200 for front brake pads replacement (to include the brakes, just standard ones like ceramic). I don't know what terms I searched but thank the Lord I found this place BC they let you BYOB and then install them for a flat fee (a little less if you pay cash). I had quite the dramatic morning filled with anxiety and Adrenaline! Tire blow out on freeway and horrific people not letting me over! But saved by a great AAA guy who told me to find a tire shop! Yelp and South West tire shop to continue my rescue! Christopher was first to reply on Yelp and we communicated my urgency and need and he kept me calm while on the side of the freeway! By the time we made it to the shop, it was like a NASCAR team getting me back on the road!

I've used South West Tire Shop 3 times over the past 3 years, all visits with excellent service. They've repaired my tires when I got a nail in the past and last year I had them replace all 4 of my tires. Their service is always prompt and all the employees are hard-working. They also have excellent prices.
Thursday I lost control of my car and damaged the sidewall of my tire. It was obviously not repairable. Went in this morning and they replaced my tire and we were in and out within 15 minutes. I especially appreciate they were all wearing masks. Thank you!

Super service ... they don't try to upsell like other big box stores... even when busy they work fast. I have taken 2 cars here and not afraid to bring GTR here. You do need to find a alignment shop. I prefer G12 but I'm have a particular settings needed on some of the cars. If you are in sacramento give this place a try.

After doing a ton of research, I had to go back to the guys at SWTS. They hooked me up with a set of Toyo Proxis tires for my wife's Q7 that look and feel amazing.
Best price around and had them on within an hour.
