This was my first (and last!) time visiting Dr. Wildemore's office. I saw Dr. Covello, and based on other reviews, I see I'm not alone in having a negative experience with her.

I made the appointment to treat irritated skin under my arms that had started to appear off and on for over a month. Before my appointment I asked if this could be a telemedicine visit using video, but was told no. Dr. Cavello is an awful doctor! So rude, does not give thorough examinations!! Years of having a mark on my cheek she never suggested removing it so I did my last visit and now I have to have Mohs done. Find another dermatologist!! She’s terrible!!

Very professional and clean appearing office. I was given excellent care. To those leaving reviews about having to pre-pay for a high deductible plan, you should know the requirements of your insurance and stop blaming the office for asking you to pay what is your responsibility.

Dr. Covello and Joelle are the best! Received excellent care! However, after going every month for 8+ months and not being notified of any balance due, all of a sudden I was informed I owe $500. The office manager demanded I pay immediately, and would not let me talk to the doctor about a side effect of my medication until I did so! After she lied repeatedly, she got mad that I contested that I should have to pay immediately without notice, and said that I cannot be a patient there anymore! Required to pay $150 to see the doctor, whether covered by insurance or not. I’m fully covered and it took 8 months to receive a refund. After nurmerous calls to their billing department, I found out that they requested a refund from the doctor’s office months ago since my insurance paid. They were never going to send it unless I called and inquired. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

Honestly one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. My mom highly recommended him after I told her about a horrible experience I had with a dermatologist in West Chester. Dr. Wildermore gave me a skin check and took the time to explain everything he was looking for and what I should look for on my skin. He was thorough, professional, has great credentials and a pleasant bedside manner (which is always a plus!). I am happy I found a new dermatologist.

I would ABSOLUTELY not go to this dermatologist. I had already read the negative yelp review but I couldn't believe how rude the office staff was. Both the receptionist and Office manager dissuaded me from coming in - they were incredibly rude and were incredibly condescending in how they spoke to me and to top it off told me I would have to pay $150 without a guarantee of actually be treating for a cortisone shot. Keep in mind - cortisone shots for a cyst - is a standard offer of dermatologists for acne.

Don't let my log in fool you. I'm a regular patient of Dr. Wildemore's. He is outstanding. My whole family goes to him.

This review is not on either doctor in the practice. The doctors are great and knowledgable. This review is on the office staff and practice. I called to see the price to have a mole removed for cosmetic purposes. They told me at least $150, but the doctor would determine details around pricing. Knowing it was very small, I came in expecting to pay 150-250 for removal. When I got into the room (after waiting 25 minutes), Dr. Wildemore explained it may be better to wait until I had insurance (starting new job in few weeks and don't have health care) because of the lab fees. 100% of moles that

I come all the way from Center City to see Dr. Wildemore. A caring, knowledgeable, skilled professional.

My entire family goes to Dr.Wildemore(a son drives down from Washington D.C.).He is so thorough that he found melanoma on top of my head. After finding the second one early and handling the surgery with great skill and consideration, I would not have my entire family see anyone else.
