Great experience! Walked in on a Saturday at a peak time and although another customer was being help simultaneously was out with a ticket for my boots in five minutes. I have worn my Pikolino’s heel caps to the base over three seasons of use. New caps saved a favorite pair of shoes and were a fifth of the cost of replacing. Now I can keep these as my work shoes and get a new pair to treat better. I was really happy that when I pulled them out the brand was instantly identified and he told me he’d just finished resoling three pairs for another customer.

Commercial electrician here. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I took my Red Wings to the Greenwood Mall location to have them re-soled on a Friday. Got them back on the following monday and they looked fantastic. Soles are great, and they were cleaned and conditioned nicely.
If you take good care of your work boots, I’d highly recommend using Hakky for your re-soles and other boot care needs.

I contacted the store to see if they could work on my boots and make the shaft narrower. Dominic did a fantastic job and now I finally have 2 pairs of boots that fit my slim calves like a glove. He said it's not an easy job, and he wanted to have a look at the boots first to see if he could do it, but if you are like me, and never really happy with the standard size of boots in stores, give him a try.

My 1st time here! They did an outstanding job at my not so usual request. I just bought these boots and loved them...except....they were too snug at the top shaft. I asked if they could cut into the shaft of the boot and add some elastic. 5 days later it was done. Looks professional, double stitching as requested and re-enforced it. Before and after pix. Can’t be more pleased!! Thank you! .

I have taken several items there to to be repaired. I usually don't have a problem with the service. However, I took a pair of boots to have the zipper repaired. I did not examine the workmanship of the repair because I usually get good service at this location. I attempted to wear the boots today for the first time since the repair, and as soon as I attempt to zip up the boot, the zipper breaks. I look at the boot and notice that the rivet on the bottom of the zipper has been removed and it was glued together, instead of replacing the rivet. I called the location to ask about the warranty in hopes

I came home to the horror of my dog using my left Yeezy as a chew toy. Though the damage wasn't terrible, the shoes were too much of an investment to not take any action.
I immediately called Hakky, told them the situation, and the fellow who I was on the phone with guaranteed me that they could do something about it.
I brought it in, showed him the damage, and $16 and three hours later my shoe looked leagues better than what it did when I brought it in.
Though my shoe has still a little extra character, I cannot overstate the help that Hakky provided me!
