We have been in business for over 30 years! We have a retail location in Franklin, Indiana and 3 mobile trucks that visit companies all over Indiana. There is no need for your employees to take time out of their busy schedule to shop for safety shoes, as we come right to the door to fit and sell our shoes right off of one of our trucks.

We offer a full selection of safety shoes from a large selection of manufacturers. If you do not see what you are looking for on our site, stop by our store to view our full selection, or order from our extensive list of suppliers. PLEASE NOTE: Some shoes may not be in stock at our location due to availability from supplier.

Was in and out with a new pair of boots in 15 minutes, told the man what I wanted, he showed me four options. I picked the first pair he showed me and never ventured far away Incase I had questions, which I did. Very good experience! Plus the young lady even gave me a free little flashlight!

The brick and mortar store is very good. Quality footwear at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. The online store, however, is a horror. I was prepared to spend $150+ on a new pair of steel toed boots, and I didn't want to make the drive to the store. Found exactly what I wanted, but couldn't check out/pay for the item after dozens of attempts. I finally gave up and went with another online vendor/brand, and spent half as much as I would have at Monroe. I suggest making it easier to pay with common debit/credit cards rather than using PayPal/Amazon Pay. Some of us are weaning ourselves

Needed some new steel toed-boots for work, and my company pays $75 for them. Of course, the ones I want are twice that, but who cares? I ponied up the difference. YOLO. This place has a great selection of quality footwear. You aren't gonna find $30 Walmart slappers here. The best part was the service. A couple of dudes named Dillon and Scott helped me out. Cool cats who are knowledgeable about their products, patient, and willing to serve their customer with a great attitude. Kudos to them. They deserve a raise, and this Mom 'n' Pop outfit deserves your business.

Very helpful. Tell them what you need shoes for and they will get exactly what is needed. I needed boots for working in a freezer as well as having extra wide feet.
