I was on a hunt for a difficult to find item which was listed on their website. Before placing the order, I called and left a message asking if they actually had it in stock. I was called back within minutes and informed that they indeed had it. The person I spoke with was very nice and polite. I was also explained that I could pick it up directly from their warehouse or get it shipped to my house. I went with the latter. The rep called again to confirm my purchase. The process was quick and pleasant. This is how you do business.

As a business owner, it pains me to have to give a poor review as I know well what it can mean, especially for an online business. I ordered a pair of speakers on back order, called to confirm that it was the price for the pair and proceeded to order with PayPal as their website allowed for same. Received confirmation of order almost immediately. A few hours later, received a refund from PayPal without explanation. When I called SD to find out what happened with the order, Eric became nasty, objected to my use of PayPal (which his website offers...) and told me to call back when the speakers are
