I'm so happy with our new surround sound system downstairs in our living room and the recommended soundbar that was installed upstairs in our loft. I just had Mike and his team do a complete home AV install. It was a pleasure working with Mike. The attention to detail they have is amazing. I could not be happier with the results. They did exactly what I wanted and more including upgrading my technology and suggesting better ways to watch movies and play music through my home an in my backyard. I can now control everything with one remote control - I went from 5 remotes a varied pieces of equipment to one integrated system making my life much easier!

Mike is the expert my wife and I needed as we sought to acquire the perfect A/V components and installation for our home. The Sony based system is breathtaking in 4k and not less so with normal streaming or with our Cox cable system. Mike also installed a blue ray player for us. As far as the installation went, including placing back speakers overhead, this could not have been done more professionally. Mike uses seprate contractors, experts themselves, for various aspects of installation, drywall if necessary, and painting if necessary. No would know or guess how the whole install was done, because

After talking to few people out there for getting a nice music system for the home, we came in contact with Mike. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. He knows what he is doing. The work he and his guys did was very clean and they took care of everything. The best think about him is that he comes back after 40 days to do the final tuning and to make sure we get the best experience out of the system.

This was the third home in two cities that we've been through this process and working with Mike from the initial meeting to the final fine tuning has been an excellent experience. Mike installed a new 85" Sony TV with Yamaha surround sound in our house. We had an old system that had served us for many years, and we needed a new one. Bought a home in NW LV and hired Mike to update the aging whole-home sound system and install a home theater system in the family room and master bed room. Also asked him to install an outdoor TV we could watch from our patio. We bought the TV's at Best Buy and Mike installed all the Yamaha sound equipment to go with the TVs. (We bought the outdoor TV from Mike) We couldn't be happier with the Yamaha equipment (lifetime warranty), the installation, and the ATTENTION to DETAIL to getting the job done right. Mike installed our entire AV/Security/Smart Home system a year ago.
We recently had some work done on our home which required our TV to be removed from the wall.
After the TV was put back up by another contractor, we started having problems with the TV working.

We just had a big A/V install with TV's, 13 speakers inside and out, a sub Woofer and surround sound. Mike and his hand picked team were awesome. They were polite, diligent, paid attention to details, cleaned up and did a remarkable job. Mike came back a month later and "fine tuned" everything so the sound is now pristine!
I am so happy to have selected Mike because I don't think anyone would have put that much time in to making this a perfect installation.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on my whole home audio. We are so happy with the results he's coming back to do the backyard as well. Mike Knows Audio Video his stuff and I've not heard a system sound this good, well ever. Thanks Mike for helping us style our new home! After moving in to our new home, we needed tv's hung up. My husband was going to do it, but we had time constraints so I searched Yelp to find a company that could get the job done. Mike installed our Home Theater system. We had a system before, but the upgrades that he installed were terrific. He promised to make the system "simple" easy to use, and he delivered. My wife even loves using the "1" remote and she hated the 3 remotes that we had before.
Highly recommend this service, he surpassed all of our expectations.

I was an employee of Mike Knows Audio Video for a while before I had to move away. Mike is a great boss. He's energetic and task oriented and brings a great sense of humour to each job. The work environment at the shop is relaxed and comfortable, the other employees being friendly and helpful. I'll admit I really enjoyed installing custome home theaters but my favorite part, hands down, was always the customer's reaction at the end of each job.

Mike came to my home and offered me several choices in sound through my home and a theater system for my living room. I am not a technical person so I told Mike everything had to be easy and I didn’t know how to do it but i wanted to get rid of cable. Mike was awesome, not only is the system easy to use and sound amazing, Mike showed me how to use it and taught me how to use the app that got rid of cable and the high cable bill. I was like a small book when it came to knowing this stuff but Mike was like a library! I really appreciate everything he did and highly recommend him and his team. BTW

Mike did an AMAZING job on my home automation, home theater, security cameras and alarm system! Everything is streamlined and can be easily controlled with one remote control, phone apps and/or Alexa. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome as everything looks and sounds amazing and works great!
