They are amazing! I had called to ask about updating my office's movie system to play for our patients. I had gotten several other quotes from other companies and they all quoted me ~$6,000-$21,000 for updating our system. I cannot remember the technician who came out to get me an estimate but he gave me options. I wanted different movies to be displayed in each room based on whatever our patients would like. I wanted to upgrade my home theater system. Elite has given me an exceptional services. Jake did a thorough survey of our home and provided us a proposal. Even though the system is a bit pricey, but my wife and I are very happy with what he proposed. His quotes for the system match the lowest price I can find online, on top of that he gave us a fair amount of discount. They spent the whole day installed the new system. Eric, the installer, is very knowledgeable and has done a great job for us. I would recommend Elite/av to whoever want a good sound system and you may be able to get it done cheaper

We hired Elite to give us a quote on updating our control 4 system. They came in at a reasonable price compared to the other bids. Come to find out they didn't quote the job correctly and ended up costing us more time and money. I felt their technicians were not as qualified as most. They repeatedly had to come out and fix things that should have been done from the beginning. They even charged us for the extra time in their technician errors. Where do I start...start to finish, these guys are top notch. Not only do they know their stuff about all things A/V, but the time they spent to work through all options, provide guidance, and provide unbeatable pricing was much appreciated. A couple of years ago we looked at doing some big tech upgrades at our home. Security cameras, internet/wifi, A/V. etc. We had used a company a few years ago for a small job in the backyard and were not happy with any aspect of the project. This time we met with a couple different companies, but our neighbor recommended we have Dylan at Elite come take a look as well. Without question it was obvious that Elite A/V is on a whole different level. Dylan is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to work a design that we were happy with, but we needed to do some remodeling in the house

I had Elite A/V upgrade my home surround system because Cox cable changed their box configurations. (Boo for cox!) I had contacted Mike and he gave me an estimate of what he could do along with his recommendations for future expansion of my system. We upgraded my receiver and system controls, HDMI cable. Dillion and Mike did a great job stream lining all my excess cables...a lot of excess.... New receiver installed cleanly and still hidden from plain view. System works great. They did a clean job and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased and will use in the future for other improvements.

I want to let anyone needing a TV installed that Elite A/V is the company to call. I spoke to Mike in sales & he scheduled Erik & Brady to come to my home and install my 52 inch TV.
Erik and Brady were super professional and wore shoe covers inside my home and put plastic and cloth coverings to keep things clean.

This company is top notch! I'm usually skeptical of companies that do this type of work but these guys exceeded my expectations. Travis and Nester were both extremely knowledgeable and have my 5.1 surround set up sounding awesome. They properly re-wired speaker connections, organized all my messy cables behind my entertainment stand, calibrated my receiver for optimal sound and installed 4k Apple TV which by the way is awesome, thank you Mike for that recommendation. I highly recommend this company if you want your sound system audio video looking its best.

I had another company come out to mount 3 TV's that I had and that turned into a massive mistake. I had electrical issues, unmounted TV's, and measuring mistakes that caused multiple holes in walls that should never have happened.
I called Elite A/V and spoke Dylan Faust to see if they could come and fix the issues. He assured me that they could and set an appointment for the next day.
Travis and Eric came and quickly fixed all issues and mounted all 3 TV's and fixed the electrical issues with ease.
Everyone was so professional and explained everything that they were doing

This company is amazing. We have a small office near to them and they were able to understand and take care of all of our needs. We were looking for a camera system with remote viewing capability, an in-ceiling music system and an alarm system. They provided great equipment and expert solutions for all of our issues and worked within our budget. They were even able to tie into some of our existing components. We were impressed that the installation went quickly and smoothly. The mess from the installation was cleaned up so well, you would never have know anyone was there. All of the equipment works

My father-in-law referred me to Jeremy nearly three years ago — Elite has handled all of my FIL's A/V needs for many years — and I'm so glad he did. We can't give enough praise to Elite A/V. When we hired them( for installing TVs and wire system ) we were skeptical. Because we didn't know anything about A/V system. But they(Jeremy and all team crew) were very honest & knowledgeable, professional. My Husband is very specific but they worked with us very friendly and we had great customer service. we were very Happy what we got from Elite A/V service. I highly recommend this company to all!
