All Star Towing

Would give no stars if possible. Dispatched and said they would take 60-65 minutes. After 65 minutes called for an update and said another 30-45. Another hour passes and call again for an update and another 30-45. Finally canceled and called someone else who showed up in 35. They never called to give me updates, I had to call them. Was connected through them through Allstate roadside.

I had really bad experience with them. They were sent by amex to replace a flat tire. The person came and left saying the tire wouldn't come off since it was a special tire and the car had to be taken to the dealership. I kicked the tire and it came off. I call them back. He came back and said i was lucky(??!!). He replaced the tire but didn't inflate the collapsible tire properly despite showing him in the manual what had to be done. He left saying he was getting late.

Very disappointing. Requested tow 1030a via Allstate/AARP. Dispatcher agreed that the classic car, due to its problems, requires flatbed. Multiple delays. Confirmed a couple times directly w All Star, that they were sending a flatbed. Showed up around 3p w wrecker (not flatbed). Driver called boss (Serg) who refused to provide flatbed, said I would need to pay additional! After almost 5h wait, w car still in the street, NO SERVICE. Beware.

Warning warning. Don't ever call them to tow your car. They let me wait for 6hours and didn't give me even one phone call. The girl on the phone is such and rude. I would give them 0000 star.

This was the worst experience i have ever had with a towing company. My car battery died in a car garage and i called my insurance company to have roadside assistance sent. They told me it would be an hour, and an hour and a half later, i called back to see what was going on. They told me the driver would be there by 2:15 at 2:20 pm (why) and then half an hour later i called back and they said it would be 15 more minutes, then they transferred me to a driver who was literally 30 miles away who told me it would be another hour before he arrived. Unbelievable. He said he didnt know why they dispatched

I would give it a 0 star if I could. We called them at 3:30pm for a tow in Phinney Ridge, they told us it would be 90 minutes. 3 hours later, they're telling us it's going to take another 30 minutes. I am not seeing Southbound or Northbound traffic on WSDOT anywhere near Phinney Ridge. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Driver showed up when he said he would. Loaded up my car quickly and properly. Was patient with us when we changed the address where we wanted to be brought to. Was nice and happy to help. Would recommend!

All Star Towing did not live up to the "All Star" name when they claimed that they never revived the dispatch information from my roadside assistance... I waited on the side of a dark, dangerous, rural road for close to four hours (10pm-2am).
I know they received the work order/dispatch from my Roadside assistance for there is an updated paper trail on any communication between myself and the two companies.....

I called All Star after 2.5 hours and they brushed me off like I didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about.

In the future if I need to be towed, I will make sure

On 10-26-2014 we were nearly run off the road by All Star Towing. We were merging onto southbound I5. All Star's tow truck came up on our right and proceeded to cut us off. He was well aware of what he was doing as he passed us on the right on a 2 lane entrance ramp onto i5 and then cut over nearly causng an accident. We honked our horn, but he kept on moving over. (Maybe he was trying to generate some business.)

I was calling to find a person to scrap my girlfriends car. I called around and found that the man on the phone was friendly and offered the highest price. He guaranteed 300 dollars and when arrived proceeded to pressure my girlfriend into taking 250, while also bashing my "evaluation" of the car. I described it perfectly and was irritated knowing he took advantage of the situation.
