This property was so awful. The only good thing this property has going for them is the front desk agent Shakia. She was always so nice and welcoming. A week after we moved in, we had mice! Also it is just so poorly kept. It seems like they just patch up things quickly and messy before you move in. Also, they never told me that they would be asking me for more money after I moved out. Carpet cleaning and some other stuff. I lived here for 8 months and kept most things in boxes because it was a temporary move. I can’t imagine my family and I messed up the carpet so much, that it would cost be

My family lived at lakeside for a year. It is a very quite place with friendly neigbors. The maintenance guy is very efficient and maintenance orders are taken care of as soon as possible. The management is really nice and very respectfull. We enjoyed living there and moved only because of the need of an extra bedroom.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants calm and convenience.

This was by far the worst people to work with in the leasing office. They never answer the phone and take forever to return your call. There was no walk through competed when I moved in or out. They get over on you with everything and they don’t do their job. The maintenance men are lousy and work was always left incomplete. Had to put on a new door myself because it was brought in, than he went to lunch and never came back. The noise level towards of the end of my stay got worse and very loud. Music played in parking lot late at night and people fighting and arguing through the thin walls. Oh

Every time I think living here is a good idea something else happens. I will say that the leasing office team is usually responsive and Shakia is always a pleasure to speak with via phone. However it is ALWAYS something different going on here that is outside of the realms of what is acceptable apartment living. These apartments are convenient to my work and family/friends which is why I stay. But I am starting to think it’s just not worth it anymore. If you expect neighbors to respect noise ordinances then don’t move here, the music and outside walking traffic starts around 8 or 9pm well into

I’ve lived in this area for years this complex is by far the worst! When I moved in my unit nothing was working correctly it wasn’t even move in ready!! My apartment got broken into ! They made me move from the top floor to the bottom because the floors are so thin ! My car got vandalized because it’s teens & random people just walking through the neighborhood! The water bill is outrageous they say because it’s based off the entire buildings usage which makes no sense. Try elsewhere

Very nice community. t's very quiet and the property is always clean and very well maintained. Our leasing professional Shakia is AMAZING! From looking for an apartment, exploring options, and becoming a resident she has made the experience very welcoming. Brandon in maintenance should also be recognized for his exceptional service. I would recommend Lakeside Mill for anyone looking to move in the Owings Mills area.

OMG! I love it here! Been living here for two years! No problems at all! Anything I need fix they will fix it within that day as long as I put a maintenance request during the day if not they will come the next day and the maintenance guys are wonderful! I can't believe all the horrible reviews I just seen below! The leasing office girls are so wonderful! They are the reason I rented at Lakeside Mill Apartments!

Do not live here. Yelp should start allowing people to give a zero (0) or no stars. The maintenance staff here will deny deny deny you have a issue even when you upload photos to the online maintenance website. There aren't enough staff to manage this place. About 3 months into my move in I was at the bank getting ready to get a cashiers check to pay the next months rent. The bank teller who I have seen at my bank many times before asked me how long had I lived here. I told her 3 months. She said beware. She said she and her mother had lived here and they treated her and her mom terribly and

I love living here. Maintenance service is great, the apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently near shopping centers. I’m so glad we chose to move here. The rent is a little expensive but we knew that when we applied and we’ve learned that living here is worth the price.

Property was recently taken over by JMG Realty (previously UDR Luxury Apts.- THEY WERE FANTASTIC!).
Be advised JMG Realty does not have consistent staff and there have been several complaints of trash and upkeep of the property that have not been attended to. My husband and I have asked for 3 months for someone to contact us about our concerns and it seems as though "Barbara" has been on vacation the entire time and has not called us back. Our new neighbors play music every Sunday until the sun comes up, not to mention.. one was sitting on the steps at midnight when I returned from working

This place is the worst and will give you the worst possible experience once you move in and when you are about to move out, expect the worst. I shouldn't have even moved into this community.
SUCKS.
Gym sucks , no water, no wipes, no paper towel, no A/C.
Maintenance is world's worst and wouldnt even give 1 star.Giving 1 star because thats the minimum that I can give.
