We had been smelling gas in our kitchen for over a year, at first no one smelled it but me. Recently I began smelling and recently others began smelling it, also. I called the leasing office and a maintenance person came in less than one hour.
He determined I was correct! He fixed the problem and I must say I was very happy and we don’t smell that smell anymore.

I’ve lived here for almost ten years. I call this home. It’s quiet, roomy and peaceful. I am really impressed with the maintenance. The other day I left a voicemail message (after hours) first thing that morning maintenance was at my door! Unbelievable. Not only that but they treat you like family. I have mobility issues and the porter offered to come by if I have any trash that I need taken out. Although I haven’t used her offer it shows how they go beyond helping their tenants. I would definitely recommend Cascades Overlook!

I recently had a great experience with the Maintenance service team here at Cascade. I am a new resident a little shy of a month and Ayanna and Nate came into my apartment and exceeded my expectations not only with the work they performed but with their patience, excellent customer service and teamwork. They informed us each time as to where they were and what they were working on. Ayanna came back for a second visit and took care of my request and went out of her way to make sure the team had the right piece so that what she fixed was uniformed in my kitchen. My daughter had never seen a woman

I had a great customer service experience l. Tiara was fantastic she show my the property and provided me great details to help me make a inform decision to make Cascades the place for me to live. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but the service Tiara provided was exceptional and for this I Thank her.

Tiara in the leasing office was exceptional in facilitating my move, especially during these trying times. She was very informative and answered any additional questions I had about the community. The apartment is spacious and I love that you have to get buzzed into the buildings. I have yet to visit the fitness center but that is coming soon. The approval process was fast and efficient.

I once lived at SW4501H, had a wonderful stay, the staff at the leasing office were more than happy to help, they go over and above to make residents stay comfortable. I moved out August 27th 2019 because of my job.
Once my job brought me back to the environs, we opted for Cascade again.
This time it was a very disappointing Cascade, the common areas are always dirty, I don't think they get cleaned more than once in 2 weeks. The carpet is old and smelly. The whole apartment is infested with roaches. Dumpster overflows. Yes don't be deceived by the so called luxury advertised. Parking is a problem

Move back to Maryland November 2016.. looking at many apartments I finally found my dream apartment Cascade Overlook 4603 Springwater CT apt E well at least I thought it was my dream apartment. one of the… reasons I chose to move in Cascade because the apartments was a really nice size it was also close to the the high school my twins were going to attend... very nice quiet area... I never got to do a tour of the apartment first day of moving in here is where the nightmare start it was mold all in the showers the apartment wasn't as clean as it should have been the first bathroom toilet

Living here for little over 2 months. Love the place but reallying sh!ty parking. I live at the pet area and at the homes on the hill. I really hate the parking. Theres a car thats been sitting in the same spot since ive been here and never moves. I work night shift and i come home to no spots to park in. AND our gate to come in keeps being broken into even after they just fixed it. You guys need to get better security fences. Other then the crap parking and the gate, good place to live in.
