The introduction to Brookside was professionally done, with the most in service. My move in was a delightful experience, the apartment exceeded my expectations. There is just one issue I have that has been totally unpleasant from the time we moved in, and that is the tenant in the apartment above me walks so hard that it is a thundering thump that shakes my ceiling and walls..it can began as early as 545 a.m. in the morning that wakes me up and can go on throughout the day except when they are not there. Then later at night it resumed. I believe my wife mentioned this to the manager, but I myself

My partner and I visited this community last minute to few apartments. We had the pleasure of speaking with Amy. Me. Amy was amazing!!!
Not only did she take time to guide us in a tour last minute, but she did it extremely well. She was so personable and made us feel so comfortable. We looked at a few different options and she was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of the questions we had and didn’t know we wanted to ask.

I am very pleased with the professionalism provided by Donta with regards to the replacement of my heat water heater. There were several challenges, however; he was able to resolve my issue. Equally, Adam the maintenance supervisor quality assured the job and I am very plesed. Thanks again Donta for a job well done!

I moved in 2 months ago after living in a different apartment complex in Pikesville that represented COVID in apartment-living terms (horrid experience that you would definitely want to avoid!). But Brookside has become a well-needed retreat to comfort and normalcy. Amy has been excellent throughout the entire process. She makes me feel as if we are friends even though I know that she is only doing her job very, very well. I am very blessed to be a part of this community.
As was mentioned by another resident, I did experience HVAC issues last week that took a couple of days to repair as maintenance

This is a nice community but one problem. THE TRASH!!!!!
It looks like the ghetto. This is an ongoing issue. I have sent emails with pictures. I took these pictures today while attempting to walk up a ramp but it was full of trash. This is disgusting!!!! I do hope someone from the leasing office does something about this ongoing issue in the community. You must do better.
