Disturbingly loud resident using apt for many construction activities. Daily, weekly, monthly. Inconsiderate.

We have lived at Toro Ridge for almost 4 years now, and can truly call it our home. A tight knit community overseen by managers who care about each resident. The maintenance staff is top notch and see to any issues in a timely manner. The grounds are impeccably maintained. I would highly recommend Toro Ridge to anyone seeking a friendly, fun and caring neighborhood.

The apartments are very nice. The pool is a little overcrowded in the summer. The previous office manager, Jennie S., was awesome. She was fun, caring and so personable; however, she left. Penny and Eliza are not so nice. In my opinion, they hurt Toro Ridge’s reputation with their rude and abrupt personalities. Customer service is definitely lacking now that Jennie is gone.

Of course we miss Jennie, and know she'll thrive wherever she goes. I give Jodie Elder the same courtesy and respect while she takes the helm as Community Manager. Her caring, dedication, and quiet humor are lovely. What I particularly respect is how she does not rank Jennie's management styles. It takes character to overcome a bias and preference for the previous manager. I have every confidence in Jodie as a Community Manager and as a really good person. You cannot go wrong to select TORO-RIDGE as a temporary home or long-term as we have done.

Very nice property but the only person I would recommend this place to is my worst enemy. There are tons of dogs always running around this property who will attack you and your dogs because the owners don't care. Nothing is ever done about anything and the residents just run wild. There is no accountability and people just do whatever they feel like. I feel like I paid $1200 a month to be held hostage by my neighbors.One neighbor who moved out said she was going to start carrying her gun against the loose dogs. I had to carry a Taser. I pulled cash out of a weak stock market to buy a house

This is an awesome place to live. Jenny and Eliza are great property managers that go above and beyond to make people happy. They also have great community events. The property is very well maintained and Lee is quick to respond with any maintenance issues (which is rare since everything is well taken care of). This property is my favorite out of all the places I have lived over the years. All the neighbors are really nice and we all care about living here.

The community is quiet and family friendly. The office staff does a great job of making sure residents are taken care of. They also love kids and pets. I highly recommend this community.

I've been living here a few months now and I can tell you that my family and I love it. The neighbors and the staff are friendly. If i could change one thing it would be to have moved here sooner.
