EPOC "Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption" High Intensity Training helps your burn more calories all day long by forcing the body to build its oxygen stores back up for a period of 16-20 hours post workout.

From our bright lights and energizing music to our fully-loaded studio full of Matrix Equipment, treadmills, air bikes, TRX bands, dumbbells, and plyo boxes, we are equipped to bring you the most effective workouts in the most dynamic environment.Bria Method was created by Tony Bria, a former college football player, track athlete, and Ironman triathlon finisher.
We combine high-intensity resistance training, cardiovascular training, Yoga, and Barre to GET RESULTS! At Bria Method, we believe in a balanced approach to fitness that harnesses the power of different disciplines to transform clients into well-rounded athletes. We incorporate both high- and low-intensity classes, aiming to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while making fitness interesting and fun.
An important part of every exercise regimen is rest and recovery, but that tends to get lost in the shuffle of the day-to-day grind. People think they have to beat their bodies up to improve their fitness or to lose those stubborn pounds, so they go hard every day on the treadmill, with the weights or in their group classes.
People call it a workout "routine" for a reason. So many of us tend to do the same things at the gym, over and over again, from running on the treadmill for an hour a day to adhering to a set lifting schedule (see: Leg Day.) Sure, to an extent, we enjoy our workouts, but at some point, it's also about what makes us comfortable.
It's true that you can find a fitness membership in Bucks County, PA, for as low as $10 a month. It's true that you can find a local gym that's open 24 hours a day and lets you do whatever you want - in the realm of fitness - when you're there. It's also true that gyms offering specialized group classes are everywhere you look, no matter where you live.

This place rocks! After only one month of attending classes at Bria Method I am already seeing amazing results! Classes are fun and boisterous, cool music and a great friendly team environment. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivating, and awesome people to be around. They make every workout fun and challenging. I've never been in a fitness studio with a better vibe.

Although I’m still relatively new to Bria Method, I have to highlight exactly why I am choosing to stay, and all of the reasons why you should try it out: Bria offers one-on-one personalized attention during group sessions with trainers who demonstrate their passion and expertise with every movement chosen for you to follow. All classes leave you feeling challenged yet not embarrassed about honoring where you are currently at physically. There is contagious camaraderie among clients and trainers, and a variety of class types to suit every person and every body - no matter what your fitness level

The coaches are amazing, they have everything what professional coach needs to have: deep knowledge of human body , there is science behind each workout. each class even Liit and yoga are very intensive but still enjoyable, and we all have fun, doesn't matter how hard the class is.
And what is very important, there is very friendly atmosphere in the studio, everybody is welcomed and taken great care despite the physical condition and age!

OMG - that class was AMAZING!! Allen made it so much fun, so much so that it didn't seem like a workout, yet we were sweating so much after the first 15 minutes. The best part was that I wasn't sore later that day or the next day, I felt great and invigorated, signed up again for this coming weekend!!! Can't wait!

Phenomenal and super challenging group fitness classes ran by great trainers who help push you mentally and physically while teaching and coaching proper technique. Overall great environment and great people workout here.
When it comes to group fitness, these classes are by far the best and most challenging classes that will help anyone of any background get into the best shape of their lives.

Bria Method is the best decision I ever made for my mind and body. It has become a part of my daily routine and I’ve seen such a difference from where I was almost two years ago to now. Before Bria, I never was into lifting, Pilates, or yoga, and now I can’t live without all three. Instructors are knowledgeable, fun and motivating. You do the work, and they’ll help you get there. For years I was doing the typical gym workouts/routines that I learned throughout high school and college. It was always a struggle to make real progress in the gym and as I got older it was harder to stay motivated. When I joined Bria Method, I was able to see meaningful results within a few weeks. When you leave, you feel exhausted and pushed to your limit, but this is what keeps your coming back! This is not an intimidating environment whatsoever, they know your name when you walk in the door and the trainers are very attentive and make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly and

I entered Bria Method for my first class weighing in excess of 250 lbs and in easily the worst shape of my life. The trainers and everyone in the classes were immediately supportive, with Tony and his team encouraging me to start slowly and build upon the first day with each new class. We also talked about my food choices and we continually review what I am eating as exercise is only part of a successful plan. Bria Method is an excellent FITNESS CENTER the owner Tony is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff that he has assembled mirrors his expertise & professional manner. All of the instructors truly care about your health and fitness. Most importantly they care about you. So thankful to find the best place to workout in Bucks county. Really, the best place I have ever worked out, hands down! I have never stayed committed to working out until I found Bria Method. Tony and Justin are equally committed to my success in the gym and it has been life changing. Both of them have been amazing and know exactly how to push everyone individually to reach their goals. When you walk in, you always know you’re in for a challenging workout, both mentally and physically. Great music, high energy classes that always push your limits. No two classes are ever the exact same. You’re always consistently supported both in and out of the gym by the amazing trainers! My only complaint is that I didn’t join sooner! Best gym in Bucks!

I was visiting family in PA from Colorado and I went to Bria Method to get some workouts in and I was throughly impressed!! The workouts were great (definitely leaving me a good soreness!), the trainers were awesome, motivating & knowledgeable & the facility was super clean! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back next time I'm in town! Thanks Bria Method :)

My only regret is not joining sooner! The facility is clean, modern and has all the little things you could need - healthy food options to go, shower, female accessories such as hair ties etc. The HIIT workout is awesome! It's always something different and pushes me to do a routine I wouldn't do by myself at the local gym. Music and instructors are great! So happy Tony opened the studio in the area. Bria Method is time + money well spent! If you are not training here, what are you doing?!

If you didn't know, Tony is the trainer to everyone in Bucks County who is a fitness fanatic. I am so glad he opened up his own place. With his method and the constant push I am finally seeing the results that I have wanted to see for years but wasn't able to with any other gym. You are always welcomed with a smile and a clean gym with all of the best equipment. Each workout I burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories!!! Can't beat it! Thank you!!!

I've been training with Tony Bria for years. As the local celebrity trainer, Tony has an incredible follower base of "cult-like" fitness fanatics. He is always following up with his clients to make sure they are eating properly and staying on the right track. The Bria Method is a new fitness facility offer a plethora of fitness classes including the likes of HIIT, LIT Barre, Full Body Shredder, Hurricane, Power Yoga and more. Tony is constantly changing up and optimizing workouts to keep the class interesting and engaged. Nothing beats burning 800-1,000 calories in a SINGLE CLASS

I recently signed up for the Bria Method that opened only two weeks ago and have been really enjoying it. If you are like me and don't enjoy traditional gyms, with hoards of people and overwhelming looking equipment, this is for you. This gym offers classes that range from fast paced HIIT that include strength training, TRX and plyometrics mixed in with cardio as well as low impact classes such as Barre and yoga. I am pretty sure they have other classes that I have yet to try! Overall, for me, I find that a workout out in a group setting is better.
