At Rob's Fight Club, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training, and martial arts instruction. Our coaches are certified personal trainers, black belts, competitive fighters or a combination of the above. You will learn the right way to train, creating good habits, while honing your skills, burning calories and avoiding injury.

Services
Rob's Fight Club is not your average gym. We have classes for everyone who wants to get in great shape, plus, we can teach you how to spar or compete. It's up to you how far you want to go. Coach Rob Papile started Rob's Fight Club to help you reach your goals. He opened his first MMA Gym in 1993, the same year the UFC started.
Monthly livestream online programs will auto-renew unless cancelled within 30 days of next payment, or if virtual/online classes are no longer provided. After your trial class we will figure out the best classes for you and discuss membership options. Feel free to contact us for personal training availability.
Just do it. Then do it again. You don't have to get in shape to get in shape. Come in and take your first class. Work at your own pace. We can modify exercises for you. Your goal is to get better each time. Resist the urge to go too hard, too soon. Concentrate on technique. Consistency will be your key to success so put your classes on your schedule and stick to your plan!
Our classes are a mix of awesome physical conditioning exercises and realistic style training. Beginner classes are non-contact/semi-contact. If you're tired of cardio classes that don't teach you anything, you'll love our program! Many of our students just love our workouts. Don't worry! Most of our classes are non-contact or semi-contact (partner training/mitts) and only our sparring classes have harder contact.

Walked in out of curiosity at the end of the day two years ago. Met Coach Rob and he told me to come out the following night to try it out. I’ve been there ever since. Coach Rob and the other coaches and trainers are excellent. There isn’t a day training there that you won’t learn something new. Your mental and physical stamina and focus will sharpen. The workouts are epic and if you keep at it you might just learn to be a fighter! The best decision I made was to come out the following night to try it out...

The team here has been absolutely amazing. At the recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Rob when schools went virtual and my son was dealing with some cyber bullying and anxiety. We chatted about how boxing could help my son gain confidence and channel his emotions. My son is completely in love with boxing. He goes twice a week and chatters about it constantly at home. You can tell that he has gained strength and confidence. Plus the lengths this group has gone to make sure these kids are getting activity and attention during the coronavirus is applaudable. I've now been boxing here for ten months and I'm glad I chose Rob's. I walked in not knowing anything and now I'm comfortable sparring regularly thanks to them. Coach Rob, Joe, and Kenny are great coaches as well great people who each bring their own style and teachings to the sport so there's no shortage of what you can learn from them. The rest of the members here are very friendly and everyone feeds off of each other and improves together. I think what I like best about Rob's is that the overall atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable but not at the expense of the high intensity training
