RISE Barre & Fitness
RISE is a barre and fitness studio in Lower Gwynedd, PA, that offers low impact, high intensity barre classes set to upbeat music in a total body workout format that anyone can do. Since having my daughter 3 months ago, RISE has given me my confidence back. I always leave feeling great and every instructor is awesome and works with you to be the best that you can be.

I am so glad that I found RISE, I am hooked! Visit our retail area in the front of the studio for all your workout needs. We have activewear, barre socks, water bottles, and our own line of RISE gear. Our retail is always changing, so come in and check out our latest clothes and accessories!

At RISE, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality fitness experience to our clients within a welcoming and friendly environment. Our classes blend strength and resistance training, cardio, and stretching into a challenging yet fun, full-body workout to help our clients achieve visible results.
RISE Wellness is a philosophy and a way of life that incorporates body, mind, spirit, relationships, food and (yes!) even drinks. It is more than just a diet, fad, meal plan or quick fix. We recognize that every body is different and every individual is unique. That is why there is no one size fits all, and why our programs are customized to ensure that they work for our clients' lives, needs and goals.
In this 60-minute class, RISE Barre combines elements of pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training for the ultimate full body workout. Classes are designed to target your core, arms, thighs, and glutes by focusing on small isometric movements with high repetition, followed by stretching to create a toned, fit, and lean body.
PARKING is located in our parking lot where permitted. Additional parking can be found in the lower level gravel lot adjacent to our studio at Anchor Steel. Please do not park in spaces marked for other businesses. Clients are not permitted to enter class more than 5 minutes after class starts for your safety.
Our individual programs are designed to empower our clients to reach their goals by making sustainable choices and changes over time as it relates to their health and wellness. Each of our programs begins with a free 15 minute consultation with our Certified Holistic Health Coach, Meg MacDonald, to determine which program may work best for the client based on their health history, lifestyle and goals.

Great workout!! The 5:45 am class will kick your butt in a great way. Perfect start to your day. The instructors are all fun and really good at motivating you to do your personal best. There is a fun community atmosphere as well with the regulars in each class.

First time doing Barre and I have to say that everyone was incredibly nice. The instructor for my class was very welcoming making a point to talk with me before and after class, plus she went above and beyond by offering me tips and encouragement. It is easy to find welcoming places but rare to find such personable instructors and RISE excels at it.
