I have nothing but positive things to say about Steve and my experience. He is so knowledgeable and gave us a very thorough explanation of what he found during his inspection. I have never dealt with a mold problem before so I had a lot of questions. He was so gracious with his time and helped me understand what was going on. I really appreciate the wonderful advice he gave us. He have us so much information about how to keep our family safe and have it to us in writing so that it was easy to follow. It’s clear that Steve really cares about his customers. I don’t know what we would have done

Above and beyond excellent report done on our apartment, allowing us to get out of a water damaged unit that wasn't properly repaired. There is still moisture and since moving in here I've been having all kinds of symptoms. A professional inspection with lab results was needed. Steve was very thorough in his report and recommendations. Its very well written. My apartment complex responded almost immediately with the option to terminate without penalty. Often times you have a battle on your hands but armed with a report like this, you're standing on solid ground.

If you have any doubts, I highly recommend Steve for any inspections you may need. He is highly informative and presents his responses in a manner which is understandable and follows through w/ the best course of action for your situation. We suspected there was residual damage in a home we were renting due to the wife's failing health and landlords poor mold remediation and we were right. Now we are going after the homeowner for damages!

Consumer beware!
I was looking for a mold remediation company to come out and give me a quote on repairs needed on my drywall. This person told me over the phone that it's $100 just to give a quote. On the phone he told me that he detects water in the walls as well as mold. I guess I was confused because he does none of the work whatsoever nor does the $100 go towards any sort of repair of the problem. When he got here he told me that there was no way to detect mold inside the wall and if there was ever water in a wall you have to assume that it's growing mold. Ok great, thank you Mr

Steve is incredible! He came through for us when we really needed him. We bought our new home and discovered extensive mold and water damage that had not be disclosed. We could not move in. I didn't know where to turn and found Steve. He came out immediately. He knows his business. He guided us through the steps and procedures of pinpointing where the mold was throughout the house. I had water leakage in my master bathroom which lead to water damage to our master bedroom. I called Steve and he as able to pinpoint where the moisture was coming from. He was able to test the areas for mold and water damage, he even wrote us protocol on how to remedy mold and water damage. We were so thankful for his help and advise thru a very difficult time. He was always available to take questions and answer them for us thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services if ANYONE is going thru water or mold damage. Thank you Steve!!!
