I had a huge pipe leak and about $7000 worth of damages. The construction team did not see any visable mold but I have children and was concerend. I called asking for help. The man who answered was rude. He said air testing was what he would do for more than $300. I told him that 2 local labs gave me prices of $189 to come out and do the testing was there something else included in his price and he promptly hung up on me. Seems this company is out to price gouge. Cant work with anyone who cant have a polite conversation on the phone. Cant imagine doing more with with someone that unreasonable.

Anyone worried about their mold in their house needs to give Ray a call. I am a real estate agent and I recently represented a buyer where the home she was buying had evidence of mold. Ray came in, confirmed the mold (mold inspection was done by a 3rd company so that there is no bias), and set a plan of action to remediate. He was very patient with scheduling the time to do the work as the sellers were not easy to deal with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and I could tell that he has many years of experience.
