I have been trying to call this company for several days, left voicemails and text messages as we have an infant daughter with medical issues who needs help quickly. The website says to call rather than book online if rush help is needed. Kind of frustrating. Oliver appears to be very good at what he does but we cannot get in touch.

My washing machine leaked gallons of water all over my house. Water went into my utility closet and caused mold growth from my carpet. At the same time my son started having allergy symptoms.
I contacted Oliver. He was reallt responsive amd arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and just truly honest. He performed a mold and air quality test in my closet.
I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an independent mold study done without getting sold by a restoration company. This is a well managed, local business and I would encourage those who need this service to support this business

Had a black mold issue! Not something I was looking forward to dealing with but was happy to find these guys as it made things much easier. After calling a few other companies (including remediation ones), I liked what Oliver had to say and how transparent he was with the cost of the testing. The air tests were taken and sent to their lab so we could find out what the air quality was like. They got the testing and report to me in 2 days and helped me on my way to sorting everything out. Oliver is the nicest person ever! He is so patient, kind, warm, and knowledgeable. I genuinely got the impression he truly cared about our home and wanted the best for our family. I called Mold Mitigation Professionals for an air quality test in our home. Oliver arrived promptly and was very professional. I received the report the following week, which indicated elevated mold counts in one of our rooms, and recommended an inspection.
I scheduled the inspection, and was told that because our air vents were very dirty, the mold issue was likely stemming from there. Oliver recommended an air duct cleaning, and I received his written report very quickly that same day. Oliver is a professional and was very candid. He let me know although the inspection cost 300, it was likely I would be able to handle the mold on my own. (Many companies up sell and try to exaggerate the mold issue. With the inspection and formal testing, I am now able to just do it without worry, on my own.

Oliver is not only knowledgeable but thorough! As a first-time homeowner, one can only imagine the level of my own naivety. Then having other mold companies come out to give me outrageous quotes on remediation, you can imagine my horror.
