Guaranteed Property & Mold Inspections has been providing Environmental and Mold Testing, Residential and Commercial Property Inspections, and Expert Witness Consultation for over 22 years in Orange County, California as well as Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernandino, San Fernando, and Riverside County.
We provide a state-of-the-art mold investigation and testing (if needed) that is conducted by a nationally accredited ACAC professional microbial inspector. The mold investigation outcomes are communicated to you onsite, as well as in a comprehensive written report with photos. The collection of mold samples and submission to a certified AIHA laboratory is conducting only with your authorization.

Joseph did an amazing job at inspecting our house, and providing very detailed and readable report with clear pictures of every issue. He was extremely professional, very meticulous in inspecting all the parts of the house, and taking time to explain me the issues at a high level. Nobody wants to have a mold problem in their house, especially as a renter where you feel powerless to remedy the situation.
