Charissa has abilities to work even the toughest knots from my shoulders. As I sit for hours at a desk daily my back becomes out of alignment. She has helped me through massage for nearly a year with very good results.
Additionally, Charissa can perform reiki to aid my health and spiritual healing. As we all have "issues" we can't simply dismiss. She has used her reiki to identify and remove these stress items from me.
I highly recommend working out your sore knots and any of the deep rooted negativity issues by setting up a session to massage and reiki back to a better life through Charissa
