The Celebrate Prana Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork is a combination of Integrative CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Stretching, Acupressure, and Reflexology techniques are integrated using Steve's skills and intuition to best support the needs of your body.
Oncology Massage is a relatively new modality in massage, created over 15 years ago out of a need to empower massage therapist to work with individuals on a healing journey with cancer.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialized gentle type of skin massage to support the lymphatic system, and can be helpful for individuals detoxing or anyone wanting greater health, vitality and support for their lymph and immune systems. The lymph system is the main detox channel in the body. In manual lymph drainage massage, the aim is to encourage any extra lymph fluid to move away from a swollen or congested area so it can drain normally.
Steve Romey specializes in assisting athletes achieve their optimal performance. He is an avid athlete himself, and very skilled in deep tissue and sports massage as well as helping with chronic pain, injury relief and prevention. Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics.
I have a Bachelors degree in Health Science and specialize in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Massage, PRRT, Trigger Point and Myofascial release. Helping people experience optimal health in all areas of their lives and moving through pain is truly rewarding. I spent many years in an unfulfilling job and marriage, and ate sugar for the sweetness I was craving in my life.

If you are looking for a bodyworker that will treat your whole body, mind and spirit then look no further. Steve Romey is the absolute best!!! I had been experiencing chronic back pain and coming off of shoulder surgery when I was referred to Steve. Being a previous massage therapist I've had a hard time finding someone that really knows what they are doing. After my first session I knew I'd never go to anyone else. I've been seeing Steve Romey since December 2019. Now with Covid, Steve has recently offered virtual sessions! These sessions are amazing as we work together through my body to pinpoint what needs to be worked on and released. I'm learning more about my body in the privacy and safety of my home and exploring with Steve how I can do this anytime using his knowledge and techniques and a few tools. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I started coming to him with gnarly scoliosis which has created many imbalances throughout my body. Using a variety of techniques, he's creating long-lasting pain relief and structural reformation in my body that I thought would be stuck a certain way forever!
This is NOT just a short term fix that requires constant upkeep. It's NOT a generic massage or chiropractor visit. He is literally re-teaching my body to function properly and knows exactly what to do in our sessions to unravel

Steve has a unique ability to calm and sooth your nervous system and make you feel like you've released years of unwanted baggage in just one session. He truly has a healing gift. Steve Romey is a deeply intuitive and gifted healer. He initially helped our son Danny who sprained his ankle as quarterback for his high school football team. Steve's skillful massage and manual lymph drainage dramatically improved Danny's healing and recovery - just in time for their final game! I'm super picky who I see for health and bodywork, and Steve really cares and has amazing sensitivity as well as skill in many massage techniques. Immense emotional and physical relief is a result in each session and I'm able to return to those states of calm and freedom from stress or pain for days afterward. When I am over-worked and feeling overwhelmed, he does this amazing thing I call the brain squish (Cranial Sacral Therapy), where literally all irritability, small or large just melts away and I relax and feel bliss and more clarity. My brother began seeing Steve Romey a couple of months ago after finishing his last round of chemotherapy. He was looking for relief from some of the side effects of his treatments and Steve provided a comprehensive approach in evaluating, treating and supporting him in the process.
