Mold Problem! Check your belongings if you currently live here!
I was one of the first people to move into the brand-new Winding Creek Apartments two years ago. I lived in Apt 1-103 and had watery eyes for months with no idea why until I discovered this….
I was happy with Winding Creek & The Cabot Group until the day I started to move out. The day I started to move out was 11 days before my lease ended and the day, I found out that all my belongings and furniture pieces were COVERED IN MOLD! (see attached pictures of before and after).

I’ve lived here since the start…for 3 years… and I really love it. Everything is 5 star. The location, the customer service, the amenities (gym, pool, WiFi, community center room, and heated garages). Minutes away from any store you will ever need. Very modern, clean, and well-kept. Lots of construction going on always. Also it is super simple to submit a service request for maintenance if anything breaks or malfunctions in your apartment. They will be at your door same day or next day! I’m moving out of state next year for school and it will be so sad leaving this place I call home. Highly
