We have lived here for a year and a half. Since the first time we met Megan, the manager; she has been very helpful. If she didn't have the answer , she would make calls to help us. Alex, the maintenance person is kind and works very hard. If there is a problem- he comes in a matter of hours to take care of it. We love our neighborhood, and feel very safe here. The people are very nice that live around us. The neighborhood is quiet and the town house is too. We don't hear anything from the people next to us. It's a wonderful place to live!

I moved into Waterview Townhouse Apartments a month and a half ago, and I absolutely LOVE it here! My neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and kind. I love my place!!! It's so spacious and open. I was coming from a four bedroom house, but I honestly feel like this two bedroom townhouse is bigger! The maintenance is very responsive. Whenever I have a problem, they are quick to respond. I look forward to the rest of my time here, in what I can proudly say is my home. <3

I moved in to the property in April, 2019 and love it. My place is huge, quiet and the property is clean. My townhome is like a house and I love not having to do yard work or maintenance. I came from a home and love it here. The location is perfect for me as well.
Yes, I do work for the company that owns these, but even if I didn't, I would live here. No question about it.
