Not that I really enjoy going out of my way to review any place, BUT I feel like maybe this deserves it. I rented from Summit Knolls Townhomes for the past year and have been harassed and badgered non stop by the office, as well as the HOA. I have paid out on top of my rent close to 1000$ in fines over the course of the past year, for things that honestly are quite overboard on there behalf. This has gone as far as on the day I moved out I had my trailer parked where i would be the least intrusive as possible and again they are sending me a fine for having my trailer! I tried talking to them calmly
