If I could give 0 stars I would. The apartments were very cheaply constructed, had issues with heating and cooling the apartment due to the thin walls and concrete floor. I could always hear my neighbors TV on and I had issues with ants as well as random nails in the carpet that my baby kept cutting her tiny hands on. This place was horrific and I had a terrible experience here. The only positive thing about the place was Pat the maintenance guy, he was fantastic. Based on the price of the apartments, especially for Rochester, they are way overpriced for their cheap construction. I would definitely
