Wow! Apple Store told me I need a new phone after three house, Stefen took five minutes to tell me I need a new part, and he fixed it in one hour! He also changed the screen on my second phone for what I thought was too little money. So refreshing to meet people who put pride in their work and deliver ahead of time and below cost expectations. Love these guys! I've been going to them for years with my broken phones and somehow never left a review?! I'm there basically once or twice a year and they always remember me and give me a little discount (Even threw me a free screen protector this last time). I couldnt be more satisfied with these guys and wouldn't dream of taking my broken phones anywhere else.

Very bad customer service. I've had my iPhone pro max over a year and never had any battery issues. Got my screen replaced friday afternoon, and ever since my battery won't charge up too 100%. Only goes up to 80% and battery drains super fast. I called to see what's going on, and he said that's not their problem and in his words "its like going to a hair salon and complaining about my nails" how unprofessional is that! Spent $250 for no gahdamn reason. I shoulda spent an extra $50 at apple store. Don't let these good reviews fool you. Very unprofessional

My daughter dropped her phone and cracked the screen. I had wanted to go to A place in our neighborhood but they couldn't give us an appointment for two days. Luckily iplayntalk replied to my Yelp request for a quote with an appointment that afternoon. They need to know your model then they quote you a price for the repair.

So grateful for Ernesto's work on my iPhone 6 today. I am just around the corner from getting a new phone so just needed to get it put back together after dropping it. I read their prices on the website for a battery replacement, so when I went in I didn't ask the price if my phone repair, and I was in a hurry so I didn't look at my receipt when I picked it up.
When I got gone I noticed I had been charged much more than their advertised price.
I contacted the store owner and he apologized + issued a partial refund.
Unfortunately, the battery itself is not performing better than the old one and so I'm going to have to get another one because they don't provide refunds.
I would recommend another shop if you need a new battery.

Well that was easy. They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it for the price they quoted. One thing to note their address does not exactly convey the fact they are inside of a huge shopping mall on Market street. The signage at the shopping mall is so tasteful has to be useless. Hint: look for Victoria's Secret. I think it's on the third or fourth level

DONT COME HERE. LINDA IS A LIAR. Scammed me for the pricing of the phone. Told me it was $80 to fix my screen. Asked if I need to replace my LCD, and she said no. Came back to pick up my phone, LINDA mentioned that they did have to replace my LCD and would not charge me for it. I was fine with that, all they requested me to do was to write a good yelp review. Gave my card, I should have asked for a receipt.
Saw my bank statement, and I was definitely overcharged, a total of $120. If they're lying on what they promised, who knows what they are selling or how they repair your phones. Beware

Do not get repairs done here. I just had my iPhone screen repaired there and they charged me extra for an "office Apple screen" rather than having them install a cheaper third party screen. Well, a few days after I had the phone fixed the screen started wigging out. Ghost touch, I think they call it. Anyways, I took the phone to the apple store and the first thing they said was "This is a third party screen." So the salesman at iPlayNTalk lied to me. He installed a third party screen and charged me the higher price. I ended up selling the phone and getting a new one. But this

They threw out my case! I came here yesterday to get my broken iPhone glass replaced. After leaving I realized they didn't put the case back on my phone. I called them back today to see if I could come by to pick it up, but the guy on the phone told me they threw it away. I asked if they would replace the case since they failed to put it back on. The guy on the phone told me no without offering an apology, credit or anything.

I came from the Apple store after they informed me I needed a new charging port. The young woman at the kiosk was friendly enough and assured me that they could replace the port in an hour. So I gave them my phone and walked around the mall for a bit.
When I came back in an hour, I was told it wasn't ready yet so I had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. When it finally got dealt with, the nice young woman said it was fixed and they were just going to charge the phone to make sure it worked. Only the phone wouldn't charge. It was just frozen. My phone was dead and came to this place. They said it was water damage and changed my screen and battery and charged me about $200 including $50 cleaning fee. 2hours later my phone was dead again. Then I came back to them they said they have special $150 cleaning for water damage. "Do you want to do it?" WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME FIRST TIME. Then they said after we do the water cleaning we can't guarantee anything neither.

Honest hardworking young guys, good place that fixed my iphone charging power hub. This place is located in the mall by Nordstrom. Apple store could not fix it and prefer that I get a new cell phone. iPlay n Talk guy told me the previous customer had the exact same problem. Indeed Apple products, as expensive as they are, they are quite a rip off

I stepped on my phone (don't ask) and cracked the screen as well as damaged the LCD display! Phone was totally unusable, oof.
These guys fixed it (replaced glass screen and repaired LCD issue) in a short amount of time (45 minutes was the quote). When came back the phone was ready in a mini-manilla envelope.
A slight LCD color strip remained on the edge when turned on, but it's minor. For my phone paid $65.24 ($59.99 + tax). A yelp check-in could have saved $5 more but I forgot to do it..

I had my iphone home button fixed here several months ago. But about a month ago, it failed. I reached out to the shop via yelp that it had failed and they replied that I should bring it by so they can take care of it. I was dubious given the unexpected willingness to address the problem with no pushback, but at the same time, hopeful.
Few weeks later, I finally had the time to stop by with my phone. And the end result? I have a working home button again!
They remembered our yelp conversation and addressed the situation with complete trust--ie., didn't create a difficult, awkward situation
