If only I could give these people no stars at all it would be a gradual day. My mother was to receive an air mattress from them(Safeway). Well the day it came the driver or the person who delivered it stated that she needs to be out of the bed and that the mattress she is sleeping on needs be removed from the bed. Come to find out that the air mattress they sent did not work, she did not needed to be removed from her bed and that the bed she was in did not need to be removed from its place. The air mattress would not inflate. It never did anything it took all day to inflate and when you would lay

Due to a recent accident, I came to Safeway with several medical equipment needs. As a first time buyer, Shawna was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave use what need need. She even went above and beyond to find a couple hard to order medical equipment. You do not have to be an expert, shop here and be confident you are getting the right equipment. I can not say enough nice things about Safeway Medical and especially, Shawna. I emailed almost daily to check on the status of my mom’s rollator and she always was very kind, courteous and VERY responsive. I can not thank her enough for all she did to make my mom happy with her new nitro that she loves. Thank you, thank you thank you, Shawna!! Safeway Medical is blessed to have her as an employee.

This company went above and beyond to make my husband as comfortable as they possible could. And also his spouse. When was the last time 2 company employees called you at 8 o’clock in the evening checking on your welfare, well this company did with love in their hearts. I will always remember them and their kindness to us. With employees as good as these two this company will grow and prosper.

First off, I want commend Mr. Vern and Mr. Daniel for even considering me being a obese guy the option to even rent a mobile scooter to accommodate me. However, the the renting process was never fulfilled. I totally understand that this company was and possibly still is in the process of moving to a new location, in which I wish them all the best of luck and success. I first spoke with Mr. Vern about doing a week rental, I had never even considered using my insurance Blue across Blue Shield, but Mr. Vern mentioned that option. After considering it for a few seconds, I gave him my insurance information

Website is lying. Says they offer medical oxygen tank refills as a service, call the location and the lady tells me "they dont carry oxygen here". I mention the website and she responds with the same answer. Terrible website. Wanted me to revisit my review? Not once did I ask the clerk ANYTHING about ANY insurance. Our conversation lasted 30 seconds and consisted of her putting me on hold to ask someone else because she didnt know. I asked if it's the correct location and she said "Safeway medical, yes sir". So I hung up. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Thank you for your feedback. Google reviews
