I stopped in today to purchase some medical grade safety items. My mother recently had an accident and has some injuries that have caused me to revamp her bathroom to better assist her limitations. A woman named Julie helped me, she is fantastic, knowledgeable, compassionate. She mentioned items that never occurred to me to make things easier for my mom. The store has so many items for helping the elderly, anyone hurt who needs to modify their way of living. Highly recommend!

I have a charity in Spring Branch and I called Spring Branch Medical Supply, only to find out they were closing in just a few minutes! I expressed that I needed some safety supplies for my volunteers and it was a bit of an emergency. R.J., who I spoke with understood how important it was to protect the volunteers during the pandemic, so he actually said he would help! He said he needed to take food home to his family and that he typically doesn’t do this, but he would come right back to get me the items that I needed for my volunteers. He did just that! He showed back up after closing, invited

I had been searching online for an item and finally just looked for a local medical supply instead. I sent a message via their website, and received a most timely reply! The manager ordered my item fast and I picked up easy peasy. Lady working when I went in was most helpful and friendly. Do yourself a favor...don't mess with CVS!

I made my first visit ever to a medical supply store on 9/20/19. Excellent customer service from Meli. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my purchase. She did not try to rush me or sell me things I did not need. The store is much larger than you think and seems to be very well stocked. I was very impressed and will be going back for any future needs.

I found this place because my Mom needed compression socks and because this is new to me, I was completely lost since there are measurements involved. Before calling this store, I called somewhere else and was told I had to do the measurements myself since it's recommended to do first thing in the morning, this response didn't help me. When I called Spring Branch Medical Supply and spoke with RJ, he answered all of my questions and told me to just bring my Mom in and they would do the measuring, he earned my trust. He told me the hours of operations so I decided to go on a Saturday morning. This

I work very closely with RJ and Ana at Spring Branch and have always had a wonderful experience with them and their services.They are very involved in the patient community that surrounds them and will do whatever it takes to accommodate the patient when necessary.
There have been times when they were the only supplier available to offer the items needed, even if it meant taking a little bit of a hit on their bottom line. They offer a very large variety of items and if they don't stock it, they can can typically get it for you.
