One of our Urological Supply Specialists will get to know your needs and then work directly with Medicare, Medicaid or your Insurance and verify your prescription. A Foley catheter is a thin, sterile tube inserted into the bladder to drain urine. Because it can be left in place in the bladder for a period of time, it is also called an indwelling catheter. It is held in place with a balloon at the end, which is filled with sterile water to prevent the catheter from being removed from the bladder.

We've been with Complete Care since 2016. They are friendly, down to earth and make you feel like a friend that's helping you. They call every 90 days to make sure the order is still the same or needs adjustments. My husband is now in hospice and we told the care team to order everything from complete care because they couldn't get everything we needed. But I called complete care and they could get it all. You can trust Complete Care!

We have used a couple of other suppliers in the past 18 months, but each time we have continued to look for a better fit. We have stopped looking. Complete Care is dedicated, reliable, adaptive and responsive to our needs. They work hard to provide us with special needs and they have not disappointed. It is always nice to have continuity when dealing with Customer Care Representatives. Mr. Greg Monteverde has been that person for our patients for the last ten years. He is always available, even during an emergency on a weekend. Greg is always ever so kind and considerate with our patients and RN/PA staff. He even offers up his cell phone number "just in case". He follows up with the patients often, just to "check in" to see if they need anything. Greg always goes the extra mile. In my humble opinion, Complete Care Medical is our go to for DME.
