I purchased a knee walker from this business and when I got it home and tried it, found that it did not maneuver well in my small home and I had to basically carry it everywhere. They would not take it back as a return even though it was hardly used. They also refused to buy it back at a lower price to use as a rental unit. Be sure you understand the conditions for returning an item you purchase from them since there is apparently no policy.

They provided a fantastic customer experience on the phone and in the store. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and provided concise easy to understand answers. They have a very comprehensive product selection and the prices are terrific compared to other medical supply stores in the Houston area. I will definitely be back!

EXCEPTIONAL service!!! The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers needs are met. I checked about 5 different medical supply stores for a product recommended by my doctor. Unfortunately, none of the stores carried this particular item. I decided to look a bit further from my house and called this store. Again, the owner did not carry the product, however, he let me know he could order it for me. He went out of his way to get me the particular product, while the other stores just let me know they don’t carry it and hung up. And the product was available for my to pick up within

I can’t say enough of how helpful and courteous the owner and staff were for me. I had a ton of questions and the staff were very patient in helping me find the best product for me.
