Can't say enough how awesome my experience at Mukwonago Yamaha was and how great it was working with Rick. I was in and out fast for the paperwork part, and he took the time to show me how the 4 wheeler operated and gave a thorough rundown of all the features. and his pricing was the best too, which always helps. Can’t say enough good things about Mukwonago Yamaha and Rick (owner). Found the machine I wanted, had them add some accessories and in an extremely timely fashion we were able to pick up our first side by side. Rick was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the machine and the process was smooth from start to finish. We will be back for another machine in a few years!

Honestly, I would rate higher than five stars if possible. Rick took care of me from the minute I walked in and made sure I got the bike I was looking for.
He kept it for a few weeks because I couldn’t take it and even delivered it to my house. Top notch sales and service - thanks to Rick and his team.

Short. Not really welcoming. Threw the receipt at me. Never thanked me for the business. Added a trailer and didn’t inform that I would need a hitch, had to figure that out myself. Added a mulch kit and would have been the wrong one had I not looked at it. Overall prolly wouldn’t come back. Very obtuse and not what you would expect from a dealer. I skipped Home Depot for the added service but it was pretty cold.

Absolutely Phenomenal. Rick, Sales Profesional, knows his products. I called around to all Yamaha Dealerships looking to purchase a 2017 R1M. Rick, was the only one who knew what I was talking about AND worked with me on my purchase. He cares. Everything from my dream bike, to my jacket, gloves, and additional accessories for my ride.
