My experience with Jamie's Customs was phenomenal! They're professional, competent and up-front. If you're looking for a used Jeep Wrangler you should start here because they have a greatk high quality selection. I found a super-clean 2002 Wrangler with low mileage and I couldn't be happier with it. Both Jamie and Bob who helped me with the sale were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

Jamie's Customs had a Harley-Davidson that I was interested in. I sent an internet message and got a call from Bob. We talked for close to an hour about the bike, its history, riding and life in general. I found him to be knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. SO much so that I bought the motorcycle over the phone without ever seeing it in person. Then, to top it all off, I flew to Milwaukee to pick it up and ride it 400 miles home. It was just as described and Bob made the whole process easy and comfortable. I had a phenomenal experience.

Purchased a beautiful 04 Wrangler from Jamie’s. The trust that I developed in speaking with Jamie was rewarded when the Jeep was delivered to my home in Massachusetts. I purchased my first ever motorcycle from Jamie's. It was a very positive experience and I couldn't be happier with my bike. It was priced right and they were helpful, responsive, and fair. I'd called to inquire about a bike I'd seen advertised online and worked with Mel to understand more specifics. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Recenly purchased a Victory Motorcycle from Bob at Jamie's Customs. I could not be happier with the ease of this purchase.
The bike runs as described, Bob was very friendly, upfront, and knowledgeable. On the morning that I was supposed to come and pick the bike up, he noticed something that I hadn't. Without me mentioning anything, he went ahead and changed the plugs and gas. I know it may not be a big deal, but it is something that he didn't have to do. It just goes to show the integrity of Bob and Jamie's Customs as a whole.

While looking at Harley dealerships around the state, my girlfriend told me about this place. They had a decent inventory of used bikes, but nothing that we completely fell in love with. We went back a few times to look at new inventory as they came through and found the perfect Low Rider for us ! Todd was awesome with keeping us up to date with new arrivals and made the transaction painless, simple transfer of funds and we were off. Todd personally delivered it to my girlfriends home(since I live 70 miles away), and made sure it was cleaned and ready to go for us.

My boyfriend and I were out casually checking out motorcycles on a Saturday afternoon...last day of January:) Anyway...stopped in at Road, Track and Trail...HUGE mistake. No one said hi...tons of salesmen walking around. One finally spoke to us and had little knowledge of their stock. So...we went across the street. Wonderful experience! Todd greeted us at the door and invited us to take our time and look around. Jamie causally approached us and let us know to holler if we needed anything. If attitude from service employees and dissatisfaction are what you want your money to go towards, this is the place. Ask for Mike. Did I mention ridicule from other employees? I should have.
This all stems from me taking them a motorcycle tire on a rim and asking to have a new innertube and liner installed. The previous tube had a very slow leak, so I decided to pay to have it done, typically I would do it, but laziness bit me in the tail. Once I got wheel back on motorcycle, the tire didn't spin true to the rim. It had a "lump" on one side. I took it back and was pleasant about

I've read some pretty nasty reviews for these guys, but it's not the experience I've had by any stretch. I bought my 2009 Triumph from Rick and Jamies. The communication lines were always open, and when it came time to order a couple extra parts, Jokey was great in helping me do it all remotely. They're friendly, funny, and great business people to deal with. Their show room had enough bikes to make sure any rider found what they were looking for.
