I bought a 2018 Roadmaster here. I drove over 6 hours, and when I arrived everything was in order and ready to go. They gave me an exceptionally fair trade in for my motorcycle, got me great financing, and it was a seamless transaction well worth the drive. Bryan Mills responded quickly to texts and emails. At 54 years old, this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!! I will be a repeat customer even though there are other dealerships much closer.

The experience I had at this dealership was day and night compared to the first bike I ever bought. Back in March, I was interested in upgrading from my Ninja 400 and wanted to see the Scout Bobber. John sat me on a test ride and the bike didn’t really click with me but he convinced me to test out the normal scout. 30 minutes later I’m in love with the bike. From there, John, Trevor, Amanda, and Elaina helped me understand and pick everything; from custom parts to finding out the best service plans, understanding financing, etc. They have been extremely helpful and friendly which made me excited

I was looking for a specific color of Vespa Primavera 150cc, and had called every Vespa dealer within three states of southern Michigan, where I live. Many of them showed online that they had the color I wanted, but when I called they said no, they didn’t actually have it, they just show all the colors Vespa has available. One dealer told me that I was setting myself up for disappointment since I wasn’t open to other colors.

This was an excellent experience for me! I came in thinking I wanted a Scout and Amanda showed me around and actually helped me find a Chief Dark Horse which turned out to be a much better bike for me. I could not be happier with the service, laid back atmosphere, and no pressure approach. I would highly recommend these guys for a comfortable and informative experience if you’re in the market for a bike.

Took my Harley in to get it maintained, I was told they work on HDs but had to return twice to get the issues solved. I was told tony would call me about another part I needed when it came in but it’s been over a month and still no updates. I assume they just want me gone at this point. Plus side is they are faster than a HD dealership
