Jimano's Pizzeria

I had high hopes with their thin crust Chicago pizza. I'm from Illinois so I'm gonna be picky here. My biggest gripe about this pizza is that the crust is pre made. It has that chewy texture and you see that a lot here in Colorado at places that try to do Chicago thin crust. This is not a mom and pop homemade crust. You know when you taste it. The squares are cut too small. I had looked at some of the Yelp photos of the thin crust pizza and the squares were cut much bigger. The cheese was a bit thin in places and not evenly distributed. What a pizza high I have! I've been to this restaurant once before when I was seeking out a great Chicago beef sandwich. Dining-in was prohibited so I enjoyed that beef in the car. The owner's wife came out to see if I liked it and mentioned her husband was from Chicago. She said they also have pizza in the Chicago tradition. I put it on my mental wishlist to return.

Today seemed like a great day for a pizza. Who am I kidding..? ANY DAY is a great day for pizza! We went to Jimano's for a late lunch. I couldn't decide if I wanted to try their deep-dish or their stuffed pizza

This place is great. I've only ordered delivery but pizza has been fresh and delicious every time. Wings and appetizers are also great. Drivers are very nice as well.
Edit: I've ordered several times for delivery after this review and each time was worth 5 stars.

Every time I order, I get the small thin crust sausage pizza. I'm never disappointed! I really enjoy their pizza & when it's delivered, it's always hot & fresh! Not a long wait time, I live by their restaurant by when I order delivery, I get my pizza within 30minutes from the time I place my order. Overall, good pizza & good service!

I moved to CO a couple of years ago from the Chicago area. I had a Jimano's pizza for the first time today. It was by far and away the nest pizza I've had in CO.

Just a bit far for me as I live just north of Colorado Springs.

Please open a 2nd place near the Springs please.

Never had a bad pizza here! The breadsticks are super tasty as well, my recommendation is the double dough italian beef pizza, thank me later!

The sides are really good but the "pizza" we got tasted days old, was square cut (did not request this and who desecrates a pizza this way?!). Will order here for apps but will go elsewhere for pizza going forward. Mozzarella sticks and breadsticks were good.

Don’t get pizza from this place if you have limited mobility. They will not deliver it to your door. I let it go when another deliver person physically couldn’t climb the stairs but today the excuse was the delivery person had to deliver food to other people. My mom and I literally have trouble with the stairs and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask them to deliver to it to the door. It’s a shame because the pizza is good but the delivery service isn’t, and we aren’t tolerating it anymore.

Very decent! We got the deep dish and it was very tasty. Not the best in Chicagoland, but if you're up in that direction (we stayed in Zion area), this is a solid option not too far away.

Jimanos has the best thin crust pizza, hands down. Their menu is a little pricey but the food is good. I really like their Caeser salad, it's enough for two and you can add extras to it. They have daily specials and on top of that if you create an account with an email address you get even more deals. I often order for delivery and the food always arrives way before their estimated time. The staff is very polite. Last but not least, they're almost always busy. A great sign for any restaurant. If you like thin crust pizza, this is a great spot. Plus they offer much more than pizza if you aren't

THE BREADSTICKS. I barely remember the pizza because I was so entranced by those breadsticks. Probably gonna go back just for those!

Everything was delicious and the service was great. My only complaint is it's incredibly expensive even with their daily deals.

Unfortunately after we placed our order we got a call that we are not in the delivery area and they were not sure why the website let us order..however for one time they allowed us to get it which I really appreciated! The delivery driver and my husband had a moment because they had the same name 🤣. The food was DELICIOUS! first time ordering and definitely not the last (but we will pick up 🤣) pan pizza was delicious and so big we only ate one piece! My gram loved the chicken tenders and salads were very good. Is it expensive..yes..but it'd definitely worth it!

Exceptional neighborhood style (cut into squares) Chicago thin, perfect bread sticks and excellent service. Great selection and tidy. One of my favorite spots. What more could anyone ask for. This is one of the best thin crust pizzas north of Chicago. Give this one a try for certain.

Oh my gosh why didn't we find this before? Our daughter's family found this place last night and loved it so we tried it because my wife is from Chicago and we are always on the search for good pizza.
First, the service on the phone was extremely fun and friendly !
When we picked it up, same excellent service and friendly face (well, mask on so what we could see...)
Then the pizza: oh my gosh delicious! My wife has been in Colorado for only 24 years and she said its the best she has tasted!
We have a new go-to place for Pizza!

But they are super expensive
I got a 12" meat lovers kind of and it was over $24 dollars
For a 12" are you kidding me
Next time I will go to a different spot
So I will advise you if you want a pizza and that is not expensive don't get it from here because they will get you how they did to me

Great Chicago-style 'za. Good crust options for those who don't want the thick crust. Love that the cheese goes on top. This is wonderful for spinach because it doesn't burn like at other pizzarias.
Only complaint is the lack of interesting toppings. I'd enjoy some artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and maybe some feta or goat cheese.
Good daily deals too.

I have been ordering food from Jimano's for at least the last 7-8 years. This is one of the best value restaurants with amazing quality food! I have to also say that the staff are some of the nicest, most caring and accommodating people you'll interact with. They always take time to explain specials and pricing, help to decide what the best value will be for your order and will give you extra ranch and marinara sauce when you ask!

Loved the pizza I picked up from Jimano's today-- actually I loved the whole experience. I found out about this spot from my neighbor, who has been raving about it for a while. He mentioned their great deals, quality pizza, and said they were super nice. From the moment I called to place an order, I knew he was spot on. I wish I caught the man's name who took my order-- he was delightful! He even called back to make sure all the details in the pizza were correct. It only took half an hour, and they bring the pizza out to you curbside. I ordered a 16 inch thin crust with Italian roast

Their breadsticks are so good. Greasy and different from your typically breadstick, but so good.
Pizza is good as well, but in my opinion a little pricey.
It's different- but I'd recommend trying their breakfast pizza!

I enjoy this pizza. I love the sauce and their dough just feels different, it's airy yet crispy and soft. It's hard to describe. The sausage is really good as well. I am super picky with sausage. Some places over salt the sausage but Jimanos does it just right. I guess my only true complaint is that they don't have a lot of specials or coupons and I love getting the best deal but even then, I have paid full price a few times because I really like their pizza.
