I rented a wheel chair cause mine needed repairs! Chair doesn't wanna fold ! Wanted to donate a hospital bed but they need pics of something for free! Also wanted to have my scooters repaired! they want trip fees to pick 2 scooters i wanted repaired ! 1 scooter was paid over 10 thousand dollars for! I don't pay I don't get my merchandise back ! Simple as that ! Ill be looking else where to have my scooters repaired! Doesn't except insurance either!!

Contacted them for new batteries for my electric chair and, while the cost was reasonable, the chair still performed poorly. They brought it into their shop to check it over and said I needed a new charger. They sold me one and said that would fix the problem. It still performed poorly. Months later, chair would not hold a charge, period. Paid for them to haul it in and check it out again. They said everything performs according to specs and the batteries needed replacing, again. Have had the chair back for less than 24 hours and no improvement on performance with new batteries. Called them back

I would like to thank the employees of Red Oak Medical for their compassion, understanding and ability to meet my needs. Their sensitivity to handicap persons was evident throughout the entire purchasing process. We purchased a lift chair from them and Brittany made this a painless process. We've shopped here for small goods for 15+ years, and just made our first major purchase, a hospital bed. Forget Amazon, this store is a treasure trove for all abilities, disabilities, ages. Among the treasures---the kind and knowledgeable sales staff and home-equipment techs. Also Red Oak's in-house labor warranties on large equipment. You'll go in for stuff for Mom and come out with something for yourself, too.

I love this place! They had such a selection of scrub sets! This was the only place that carried the brand I was looking for. While I called, they reserved everything in my size they had. That really saved me time when I showed up. I bought four sets and five masks and received 10% off! Give them a visit for anything medical related.

I cared for older relatives in Houston for a couple of years. I've sampled a few medical supply stores during that time and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the friendly and helpful staff at this store. On one occasion, I needed to rent some equipment that was already rented by someone else, so I had to go to another store - Ecare Medical Supply. The difference in the service was night and day. Red Oak's staff is very knowledgeable about their products and store policies are flexible enough to meet customers' needs. I can't thank them enough for the work

Great costumer service starting from owner to the rest of the crew on the store. Amazing experience, very professional, very courteous, very approachable, giving you options. We had spent more than a year thinking and looking for good transport/foldable wheelchairs, and forgot to look nearby. Very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

I went here about a month ago to get scrubs for a job interview. The ladies working were very attentive & polite. One even helped me by bringing the scrubs to me to try on. Pleased to say I got the job but we can't wear scrubs for work, weird I know. If I ever need anymore, I will gladly come by. I might be by again to check out some of the bio-freeze they sell. I was going all over town looking for temperature strips, calling and popping into dozens of pharmacies all over town. I called and right away they assured me they had them. I pop in and was promptly greeted and helped. The gentleman told me the lady I spoke with was at lunch but he heard the call and knew what I needed.

Please give your business to this store as they have excellent customer service and wide variety of supplies, equipment, etc. in the store. This made it easy to view lift chairs or hospital beds. In the last 5 months, we've rented a hospital bed, purchased supplies and a hospital bed mattress. Deliveries on separate occasions were on time!!! Other medical supply stores didn't even answer the phone or their inventory was very limited. We will always use this store.

I initially came to Red Oak Uniforms & Medical Supplies to buy a few DME items to help me with the care of my wheelchair bound 89 yr old mother who has had 4 strokes. I also was interested in finding a lift chair for her & had been looking online to find one. I had no idea that ROU&MS carried them! So I left with my DME supplies, & returned a couple of days later with most of what I had purchased, because for one reason or another none of it worked for her. That was no problem for Mr. Riaz. Ok, a little odd, a little strange, and a little overwhelming when I walked in and I wasn't quite sure what to expect by looking at the sun bleached advertisments on the windows but OMG this place has it all! If you are a medical professional, this is the place to go. There were adaptive equipment, scrubs, Bp monitors, gloves, bandages, etc. The prices are well in line with my budget (which isn't a lot) and there is a TON of selection. There was one man at the counter and he didn't wander far and was perfunctory, but he answered my question when asked. I'd go back.
