We are blessed to have Pat as our office manager and she has been with us since Vision Loft was established in 2009. Even with her endless to-do-list, she offers great energy and enthusiasm to the practice. With twenty years in the optometric industry, Pat always brings fresh ideas and answers to. Lindsay has been with us since 2011 and brings to our office a warm smile and sweet southern charm.

BEWARE. So disappointed. They put revenue in front of their patients. I had my initial consultation, purchased glasses (no issues) and asked for contact lenses for sporting activities. They charged me for sizing and samples. Received samples and they didn't work due to stigmatism in both eyes. Was told that sometimes the contacts work with this and sometimes they don't. I believed them, didn't complain and they kept all the money I paid. PART 2, and this is where it turns to a disaster and my claim of only caring about revenue. Since the contacts didn't work I asked for sports

I would return to Vision Loft, but only if I could see a different doctor there. We had to come 2 days in a row for 4 appointments (understandable) and saw 2 different doctors. The doctor on the 2nd day did a much more thorough examination than the one the first day. We all had our eyes dilated and the 2 of us that went the first day only had our eyes briefly looked into with a magnifying glass and light. On the 2nd day, the doctor used the magnifying glass and light after dilation and then also used a machine to look at the vessels and nerves. Why didn't the first doctor do a more thorough

My husband and I both wear glasses and walked into vision loft needing both our prescriptions updated. The staff were welcoming and understanding of our needs. We had our hands full with an infant and toddler in tow, not only were they patient with us, but they understood the difficulties of taking care of two kiddos and got us out as quickly as they could. Awesome customer service! This place is so welcoming and the staff are like family and made me feel that way as well. I really enjoyed working with the people here and they really took their time in helping me make the perfect selection for my glasses. I am compelled to amend my previous review. After posting about my experience, I was contacted by the office manager, who was committed to making things right. I was so impressed with her level of concern and oversight that I decided to extend Vision Loft another try. The optic specialist did not know who I was, and she was both helpful and knowledgable. She took her time getting to know my style and helped me choose the right pair of glasses for my lifestyle and face.

Finding a new doctor when you move to another state is always such a drag. I went through several other offices in the area to not receive a call back to my requested appointment. Vision Loft contacted me immediately and when one appointment was booked before I could respond, I was notified immediately with other options. The correspondence was swift, professional, and efficient.

I really can't say enough about this practice. Dr. Chen and her staff are as good as they come. I have a 13 year old son who needed to be squeezed in immediately and the staff made it happen. Between torn contacts before a baseball game and broken glasses two days after he got them, the staff at Vision Loft has been wonderful!

I arrived for my appointment about 3 minutes late but no worries as the staff still took care of me. The customer service in this establishment is by far the best I have received at any vision appointment ever. The doctor was amazing and took the time to go over all my questions and recommended daily contacts which have changed my life for the better.
The furniture/decor is very modern and nice, I only waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor. After my eye exam, they have you sit on couches in the back where there is flat screen TV, couches, and a fireplace! I mean how amazing. When you leave

Dr. Chen and the whole Vision Loft staff are the best! My husband and I love our new glasses that were thoughtfully and carefully recommended to us to match our individual faces. They really take the time to give you personalized attention and we really appreciate their outstanding customer service. The office is unlike any doctor's office we have ever seen with a fireplace, flat screen TV, comfy couches, and beverage bar. It was more like visiting a spa than going to get an eye exam. We can't wait for our next visit!
