Rented for one year at Victory House. Warning that Patty will promise things that are never delivered on when showing places. On the first day of my lease, I went to move in and my apartment was still being lived in by the previous tenant; I was not even allowed to unload my belongings in my apartment after making the drive there. When I left, $ was taken from my security deposit for a "cleaning fee." This was not mentioned in my lease, and when I was finally allowed to move in, there were hairballs and personal items still left in my room and bathroom, indicating that no cleaning had been done

Leased from them for 3 years at Dover Gables in Shadyside. Great location and having a garage was really convenient. Always found Patty and Cindy to be nice and helpful. Brian at maintenance was very prompt with all our repair requests, things were usually sorted within 24 hours. Got my full deposit back within 2 weeks of the end of my lease. I would have no problem renting from them again.

Lived in 5519 for two years. It seemed that as soon as we signed our lease for the second year things started to break. Maintenance is pretty good on fixing most things but landlord can be pretty slow on responding. We were told we could get a door code when we first got there and we asked about it numerous times but we were never given one. Also, we were charged a cleaning fee when we left which is not mentioned in the lease and there was not a professional cleaning done before we moved in. We questioned them about this multiple times but never received an answer.
