Service was ok price was way out of line will never go back. 100.00 more than 3 other shops used Mr transmissions because close to where I work should have checked price 1st. Told manager price was to high she said go somewhere else. I made an appointment for the service. When I arrived the service began almost immediately and was completed in the estimated time frame.

Brought it in for just a transmission fluid replacement at 80k miles on a Ford crown victoria which the mechanic had mentioned owning and working on several of. They talked me into having belt and spark plugs too, which would've been fine since it needed doing soon anyway. While it was with them they said they broke the alternator and it needed to be replaced too before they would give the car back. I figured it happens, fine, sometimes alternators don't give much warning. Let's get it fixed. Altogether over 800, fine, for that work it's about right. Much more than I came in for, but seems fine

Stopped by to let them take a look at a small transmission leak on an old jeep. They took a look and tighten things up. Very knowledgeable and very honest. Sent me on my way and just said let them know of anything changes and hoped this fixes the issue. Hopefully I do not have any issues, but if I do they'll be the folks to work on it. Thanks Kim.

I had a really good experience at this shop. The people are friendly and personable and also professional. I don't know if it was because I lived so close but they have a ride home while they worked on my car so I wouldn't have to wait in the shop for the service to be complete. They finished in a timely manner and also came and picked me up when they were done. Their prices for service are all very reasonable.

I am so impressed with this business. Most times when a woman is attempting to get anything fixed, you hear about them being swindled because they don't know any better. I have attempted to educate my self on somethings so I don't go in blindsided. Well I spoke with Kim and she was not only helpful but she made suggestions for me to get the best deal for my money. She was caring and made sure that I was satisfied. Oh did I mention that I was referred because she did some work on my son's vehicle as well. Please use them for you transmission needs. Was losing trans fluid, in a older vehicle(1994), and concerned about having a very costly rebuild. They diagnosed it as just trans hose that old and leaking. They replaced it and I was good to go! Best news you could ever have with a transmission! Appreciate their honesty.

They hit this out if the ballpark for us! Went over and beyond any expectations that we had and delivered a rebuilt transmission that works perfectly. What we truly appreciated is that worked on our van during hours they were closed, took our families need to heart and did it all with smiles, great craftsmanship and not an ounce of complaints. The Team at Mr. Transmission did an excellent job servicing my 2011 Ford F150. They provided all the preventative maintenance the vehicle required plus a few extra minor repairs that were needed.
The service was excellent, the work was done quickly, the price was fair and the truck is running great. I will definitely be using Mr. Transmission in the future for all maintenance and repair work for my Toyota Land Cruiser and Mercedes E350 as well. I would trust their mechanics with any vehicle make and model.

My wife took her car there for an oil change because it's close by and we received a coupon in the mail from them. After her oil change she was told that her outer tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced. She was told the car is dangerous to drive in this condition and could cause an accident. They gave a written estimate of $1,203.76 for… the repair. Got quotes from 7 different local reputable mechanics and quotes ranged between $190-$330! The kicker... it turns out there was nothing actually wrong with the tie rod ends at all! I still got them replaced because I had already ordered
