If u need help don't come here after I paid $140 for diagnostic, I went to pick up vehicle and they wouldn't even help me put on dollies just so I would use the tow truck service. That is just strait up bad business. I will never recommend a place like this and its no big vehicle either its a mini so imagine. I went and found a nice person it took us 2 min to get it done.

I have worked with Christian several times, now. Very professional. Never a problem with allowing me to be involved in whatever service I need done by the shop. Christian shares his automotive knowledge and willingly answers all questions that I have. His shop is clean and organized. His parking lot is always full, and that is a good sign. I never have to worry about whether my car was fixed correctly when I pick it up. A good shop is hard to find, and Das European Autohaus is it.

1) Vehicle showed a suspension system problem error code on the dashboard. Autohaus kept my vehicle for 5 days to diagnose the problem. After 5 days I was informed they couldn't find the error code and there were no known problems. I picked the car up; within 5 minutes the dashboard was showing the error code again. They clearly did not seriously look into the issue.
2) Upon picking up my vehicle, I was given a strongly-worded bunch of worrisome warnings and recommendations to change air filters, replace brake fluid, replace brakes, and so on. I was told maintenance was seriously overdue! For

Christian and his dedicated staff are professional, personable, and outstanding in everything they do. They are trustworthy and committed to excellence, and without question the only place I would ever take my Mercedes. Over the past 2-3 years, Das European Autohaus has been very accommodating, offering to perform (& complete) their work on Saturdays. Highly Recommend.

I've had this Volkswagen for over 6 years, and since day one it's needed more servicing than any other vehicle I've ever owned. I started bringing it to Das European Autohaus about 2 years ago and now wouldn't take it anywhere else. They always do great work and deliver as promised. Customer service is top notch. I still hate my Volkswagen. So so much.

Christian and his crew have always delivered outstanding service for my Audi. I only wished I had discovered them sooner. Whenever there is a problem with my vehicle they determine the source of the problem and then recommend a solution based upon their extensive knowledge of Audi. Many times this results in actual repair of the car rather than merely replacing parts. Once the repairs are complete I have complete confidence in the work that they do.
