Very difficult to work with. Must use their notary. I've never had a problem going to UPS for notary when working with any other title company. It's during covid, i rather not have someone to come to me and they said must sent their notary to me. Okay fine. Supposed to close on the 30th. Then said buyer went on vacation until the 4th. I said i could still review and sign before 30th. Nope, must sign the following week. I told them I wanted to see the paperwork before closing and they waited until last minute, reached out to me later in the afternoon, the day before the signing to talk about the

Easy transaction no major complaint. As feedback, I've worked with other title companies who provided a more complete service (i.e. took care of utility transfer, etc). Additionally, the web site setup is cumbersome, not easy to find documents I was looking for easily. I never received an estimate of closing costs until closing. I'm satisfied with the transaction, just thought it could have been more user friendly!
