Boulevard Title did a great job with the closing of my home. The staff was professional and courteous. The closing costs were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Boulevard Title.

Todd kept us abreast of the transaction as it progressed which was very helpful. The signing and transfer went as planned on schedule without any issues. All in all, a very good experience. I would recommend Boulevard Title again in the future.

I don't recommend this company at all. I had to repeatedly reach out to them and send/ask for things like the closing disclosure. I was happy I did, because there was an error and tons of outlandish fees. I went back and forth with the title agent telling him my client wasn't paying for fees they needed to incur on their end and he told me: "Im really getting tired of arguing with you sio ill drop the fees but NOTHING ELSE so don’t ask and don’t send me anymore emails." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I guess they don't practice what their website preaches - "We believe you deserve 5 star service."
