The sales people brought out seven or eight pairs of shoes for me to try on. I bought a pair of handsome men's blue Mephisto and Daniel Hubbard blue suede shoes that eased my feet that were aching from going up and down hills at Laguna Beach. Lovely quality selection. Sales staff seemed a little disinterested at first but once they saw I was serious they were very helpful, and when I asked, I got a 10% discount.

The sales woman tonight was less than exemplary. She sat the whole time we were in the store until one of us started to try on a shoe and she jumped up and said you have to put on a stocking because those are $350 . But she didn't offer any stocking until we asked. Then she says are you going to buy anything because I'm closing. She was rude and unfriendly, I can't imagine hiring someone like her in a customer service position. We were all appalled.
