Don’t order from their website unless you want to be screwed over.
When I ordered from their Labor Day Sale, nothing on the website or order page said that it was final sale. My confirmation did not state final sale. The return form stated that I would only be given a credit if it was a Final Sale. But this was a Labor Day sale. Even at the bottom of the confirmation it only states last chance styles are final sale but nothing about Labor Day Sale. Now they’re trying to say that it includes “Any shoe from our LAST CHANCE collection and any items sold at a discount during promotional times

These ladies are absolute gems. With several locations, the one we visit often is the King Street location (toward the battery on king). It's a cute nook with so much to offer, including a great, super sweet staff that are so helpful. The shoes are comfortable and extremely flattering -- they also offer a well-curated selection of coastal accessories! Definitely would recommend stopping in at least one of their shops!
