I brought back a pair of sandals I had bought a few days earlier because they were already tearing. The owner literally shouted at me, calling me a liar and accusing me of bringing in old sandals!! He refused to take back the sandals and said if I wanted I could contact the manufacturer. Horrible experience! Such a pity. I could have bought the sandals online but chose to support local business.

The owner has such great technical knowledge about foot and back issues that he is able to provide the best shoe for your specific needs and/or make modifications (custom lifts etc) that make all the difference in the world! Also works with folks with diabetic foot issues etc. He is personable. His store is clean. I have been a client for over 12 years. I have severe scoliosis that made me limp significantly, putting a strain on my back. Doctors (and others)told me the only solution was surgery. Karim suggested a really well built tennis shoe with a lift modification to the sole. Bingo. No more

The owner of this establishment, Karim, is very helpful and he knows his business. I bought a new pair of orthotics there and discovered I had a problem with one of them once I wore it a few times. I called him and he said no problem come on in and he sent it right out to be taken care of. It was only one of the orthotics; the other one was just fine and now both of them are good, because he was dedicated to making sure I was happy with the product. Good customer service.

Karim is a genious. As soon as you walk in, he looks at your feet and the shoes you're wearing. I had on the the worst shoes for my feet and he wasn't the first to tell me that. As soon as I removed my shoes, he told me that I had flat feet and I was hurting feet, knees, hips, and back. He called it all my pain. He recommended a work shoe because I stand and walk around, and a sandal with support as a "house shoe" because he asked that I never walk around barefoot. Extremely helpful. I have flat feet, pronated ankles. I have had 5 surgeries on my feet. I was able to get shoes that fit with built in support! Couldn't ask for more! Greatful to find a real shoe store. Many real leather European shoes. Shoes for people that walk. Highly recommend for people that care what they put in their feet.

I have a very hard time believing these five star reviews after purchasing a product for over MSRP. I thought it would worth the extra money as I was offered a lot of diagnosis regarding my feet from the owner. My discomfort increased and when I went back, I was told my pain was normal and to give the product a few more tries. The next thing I know, I missed the return period. As a supporter of small business, this one really ruins the vibe of supporting my community.

The owner Mr. Salehi is a pedorthist with much knowledge about foot care. After the first visit, thanks to his timely foot care tips which I follow on the daily basis, my feet didn't go in bad shape, but rather, stay comfortable and beautiful.
He's also readily helpful, patient and friendly to everyone coming into his store. He's my first call when I have a need.

If it wasn't for Karim introducing me to Orthoheel shoes I don't know how I would get around daily. I have suffered from flat feet all my life and Karim was able to give me the proper shoes and insoles that I can use and be so comfortable. I have been a customer for the past ten years and always work with Karim, the owner. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his team have fixed at least a dozen pairs of shoes for me and makes them look like new again! In addition, Karim has a wonderful selection of shoes in his store that are both comfortable and stylish and I have purchased some for both my mom and I! Went to The Shoe Clinic to try out Vionic sandals to see if they would help with my ankle issue I've had for about four years. (They have made a difference.). The owner has a good selection of shoes that are good for your feet and attractive, and worked with me to select a new pair of walking shoes as well. I debated about the correct size to buy. Took them home. Every time I put them on to try them I felt I had selected the wrong size. After a week or so, having not yet worn the shoes, I returned to the store and exchanged for a different size with no hassle. Will certainly be buying
