Services
All of our condominiums are 2 bedroom, 2 bath currently renting for $1600 to $1800 a month. Contact our leasing manager for more rental information. Casa Verde Condominiums has a "no dog" policy and does not allow tenants to have dogs within any unit or on the premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, a qualified disabled tenant will be provided a reasonable accommodation for a qualified dog.

Worst apartment complex ever the son of the owner does the maintenance and he takes months to fix things. no matter how much rent you're paying he will always have excuses as to why he hasn't fixed things and it's always tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow never comesI've been wondering why every couple of months people are leaving now I know why. The owner's son is a lazy entitled person who doesn't ever fix a thing. It's always a crisis or a family emergency

My mom and I met with a man named Ryan and his wife on 09/28/15 to look at a unit that was listed on Craigslist for rent. They said they live in the complex and they manage the units for the owner. They also said that if we decided to apply we would have an answer within 24-48 hours. My mom and I explained that my parents were exiting their current residence as of 09/30/15 and a rapid response would be greatly appreciated. I I returned with an application and $60 for the application fees for my parents the same day (09/28/15) and gave them to Ryan. He confirmed that we would hear back from him
