I have ridden a diamond frame for more than half of my life. Rides as short as a few loops around the neighborhood or 100 miles. I was "forced" into the recumbent community after a fall left me with a lingering elbow injury. BEST THING to ever happen to me, I discovered the amazing world of recumbents and 5 years later, BOOM, I had the opportunity to buy an established bike shop thereby realizing the dream of owning my own business.

I'm giving Matt and Larry (Laurie? I'm sorry I'm terrible with spelling of names) at Jersey bents ANOTHER 5 star review. They were awesome during the sales process and have continued to be awesome after. Their customer service is fantastic. Through no fault of them I brought my trike home with an unexplainable flat tire. Round trip for me would have been almost 4 hours. With out hesitation Matt offered to send me what was needed to get me on the road as well as an extra tube. These gentleman offer out standing customer service. I am glad I chose Jersey Bents for my first recumbent purchase.

When covid first started, I knew we needed more than a tv and fridge to occupy hours of our days. Looked into a recumbent and realized it would be perfect for me and the husband. He has had multiple back surgeries and spine trauma, myself...3 knee replacements and feet surgery.
Found Jersey Bents, made an appointment and fell in love.

I traveled over two hours away to pick out a recumbent bike. Matt was awesome! I highly recommend making an appointment because the recumbents can be expensive and there are a lot of options and things you will want to go over. When I showed up late for my appointment there were also a 2 other customers there. Despite all the questions and each person jockeying for Matt ‘s attention he handled it great. Even while bringing in the inventory due to rain. He answered all my questions and was adamant that I was comfortable and educated about the cycle I was about to buy. My girlfriend had just went

Can't say enough good things about Jersey Bents - especially the customer service. Larry and Matt go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. My dad has Parkinson's but has always enjoyed bike riding. Riding a recumbent trike is one of the few physical activities that my dad is able to still enjoy and Jersey Bents makes that possible. When we needed service on the trike and additional accessories to make riding easier, Jersey Bents father- son team of Larry and Matt went beyond the call of duty and provided top-notch customer service.

You're never pressured or rushed to make a decision. Laurence even helps you learn how to ride a bent if you don't already know. When you've made your choice, they adjust the bike to your exact specifications on the premises, and can handle all your repair and maintenance issues too. They even give you a free tune up when you buy a bike there.
