So I have a mountain bicycle and I asked bike king if they would change the pedals for me and he said yes not a problem. Then I said OK I have a 2 stroke motor on it and he freaked out and said "I won't change the pedals cause I don't work on motorcycles" it's a MOUNTAIN BYCICLE AGAIN MOUNTAIN BYCICLE NOT MOTORCYCLE. Ed told me it was a motorcycle..... Correction it is a GAS POWERED BYCICLE. luckily I read the reviews and found out how ignorant Ed is. so with no knowledge whatsoever of BYCICLES, I just changed the pedals myself within 15 minutes and didn't give this shop a single penny.

Purchased a bike online after speaking to a sales person who told me the bike was available. Called the next day to asked when I could pick it up and was informed that my money was refunded and that the bike was sold to someone else. Checked my email for the refund notice and saw that it was refunded hours later. What kind of business would do that? I would have given zero stars if possible.

Ever met one of those people who has memorized many facts but is unable to utilize them in productive conversations or everyday terms? That’s this place. Called the store earlier today to discuss bike racks for my Honda. We talked and seemed there was product that would be perfect, so I went in. Went to bike king last year and got a giant rode bike. Excellent experience left feeling happy with what I bought and the service I received. I’ve now had my bike for over a year and any maintenance question I’ve had Ed has always been there to help such as tire changes , bike chain re adjustment and what type of lubricant the chain takes. Ed has always been helpful even after buying my bike he did a service 2 weeks later to just make sure everything was running properly still. I definitely recommend this shop and just be patient this guy cares about bikes and makes sure everyones comes out

I went in for a bike to be repaired, Ed was extremely rude and totally unprofessional, He said my bike was worth$80 brand new which is total nonsense and the cost of repairs would be over $200, he even went as far to say its time for an upgrade. There is ways to speak to a customer and Ed needs some proper etiquette classes to help him. I would never recommend him or his shop to anyone. Go elsewhere for repairs or to purchase a bike. This isn’t the place.

Was literally going to buy a bike this morning from here and then saw the sign where masks are not required. Save your ridiculous politics and lack of science for the privacy of your home. You had no mask on yourself- why would I or anyone else risk their health, or the health of my 7 year old for a bicycle?

About a year and a half ago I bought a used road bike from Ed at Bike King. Since the gyms closed in March due to COVID I have been riding a lot and have needed several maintenance stops at bike king. Ed has always been extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and has never tried to "upsell" anything to me. He has always been professional and goes the extra mile to help keep me safe and increase my bike awareness. Would totally recommend and have to family and friends, who have also been very happy with their experiences at Bike King

I asked ED to do full service of my daughter's bike. I am was charged $ 65. Here how it looks like (see images - nice clean up right?). He changed $25 to fix the front wheel bend/wobble. But he did nothing.
Terrible customer service. They will NOT get any new bikes in stock till mid next year.
Just saying, honesty and quality are more important to a business. You are in this business for more than 10 years. I am sure you know better than me. Pls don’t rob your customers.

Bike King Cycling is now my local go-to bike shop! After going multiple times for parts and having great experiences, I decided this was the place to buy a race road bike (Cinelli Veltrix). Ed spent time going over the bike's parts, geometry, ride feel and the even the brands history. Honestly, BKC just feels like a real bike shop. Ed is a pleasure to work with and I will be back soon! I'm always looking for opportunities to support local businesses. But I was really disappointed. The owner wasn't wearing a mask. It's a pandemic. Wear a mask. He was also rude and did some mansplaing of where I should put my water bottle holder on my bike.
I came in to get a tire fixed. The price was reasonable. Quick turn around on the work, but terrible customer service. Next time I need bike repairs I'll be going somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience at Bike King recently. Shifting between gears was delayed on my bike and the chain popped off of the cog frequently. Previously, I had taken my bike to another local shop and was told that I start the bicycle in too high of a gear, which strips down the gears. I took it to Ed, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. I asked him about upgrading the components, and he indicated that there was no need. He cleaned up the gears and replaced the chain. The bike's shifting is so much faster and smoother! I feel like I have a new bike! The cost of the new chain was far less

Because of the COVID many of us have found new hobbies or outlets. My family (4 adults') decided to purchase bikes as our outlet. We are not the type to buy on impulse and decided to do our research. We visited several locations in PA area and decided to visit Bike King since it's close to our home.

Ed, the owner, is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He wants to make sure he understands your needs and you understand your options and that you are ultimately on the right bike. I recently purchased a new Giant Hybrid from Ed at Bike King and could not of been a better experience. I am the first to say I have a tendency to over analyze everything but Ed put me at ease with his knowledge and more importantly his patience. He listened to what I was looking for and directed me to what he thought would best fit my needs. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed in the purchase process. Bike King has been a fixture in Morrisville now for more than 10 years & has continued to offer both new & used bikes as well as any accessory you may need. Did i mention they also do repairs as well ? While there maybe more " vogue " shops nearby, would you sooner have a latte' while you shop or a good deal without the nonsense & attitude ? I have bought several here & never a bad time, ever. Great shop.

Definitely will be my new go-to bike shop. Owner is very knowledgable, friendly, and has great pricing on his service. For my tire and tube/tire change he was able to do it while I waited- that is hard to find elsewhere. If you are in the market for a road and MTN bike he has both with great selection.

I had a problem with my kickstand. I wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced or not. Brought my bike in today a few minutes after the noon opening. Nice kid helped me right away. Tightened up the proper bolts and sent me on my merry way, no charge! Nice place, great service. Will return with money to spend.

Went to Bike King to have two bikes worked on. Walked in with the first bike. The owner was in the back of the store working on bikes. Someone, I assume a store employee, directed me to the owner who seemed annoyed that I was interrupting him. He eventually came over and I tried to explain what the problem with the first bike was. In a condescending and arrogant manner, he told me what the problem could be. He took the bike to his little bike holder. By this time, I was so annoyed at his attitude, that I retrieved my bike. After exchanging words, I left the store.
