Burlington County Bike

I purchased a 2022 Trek Marlin 6 that is amazing in every way. My bike was well built in a timely manner and I was treated great. They also helped me with a few accessories for my bike as well. I will definitely continue my services with them and have them Maintenance my bike when it’s needed.

Went in for suggestions on new handlebars. They quickly gave me advice on what would work for my bike. They took the time to search their inventory for the right part and installed it while I waited. Can't say enough about their customer service and willingness to help the customer.

It's been 30+ years since I have been on a bike. I wasn't really sure that I could still ride a bike, but today I was very pleasantly surprised.  Jeremy B. worked with my husband to pick out the perfect Trekk bicycle. When I arrived at the shop this morning,  Jeremy had the bike adorned with all sorts of girly accessories along with a surprise bouquet of flowers. He spent the next few hours helping me test ride and making adjustments (seat, handle bars, gears, etc). Jeremy and the staff made me excited about biking again. I am having a ball and I highly recommend BC Bike shop.

Awesome bike shop with a variety of bikes and accessories. They offer maintenance and tune- ups. We just got the So Cal Flyer and its amazing...my 11 year old is Loving it!! Staff is great. They offered tips, explained the bike and the maintenance. They were cool with my son, talking up front with him about caring for the bike, changing things up on it, safety and locking it up, etc. We drove over an hour away to pick it up and will be back because of their customer service & knowledge of the bikes, etc.

Was looking for 29 in box bike witch are hard to find now a days. Went over to Burlington county bike and Jeremy b helped us find the bike my son was looking for. My son tested a couple bikes out Jeremy gave some good pointers and didn't try to over or up sell us on anything. Great place and great people will definitely be going back.

I can't say enough about how great the service was at Burlington County Bike Shop. Huge shout out to Dennis who was beyond patient and provided the best customer service. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and he addressed all my concerns. I'm now the proud owner of a Trek Dual Sport 2! I will definitely be a regular customer.

This shop is the best in Burlington County. Friendly and well knowledge staff.The bike service is superb. Great prices and what most important is the quick turnaround time for repairs. Where to start with these guys. Years ago when the shop was still located in Willingboro, I had taken my bike in for a simple tune up. Upon picking it up I see that both my reflectors, rear view mirror and kickstand are no longer on the bike. When I ask where they went I am told they no longer fit the bike and hence have been thrown away. I was offered a discount on a new mirror. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, for whatever reason I decide to give them another shot as they have relocated to Burlington and as such are much closer to my house. I take the same bike in to have a new set of tires installed

Simply the best. One of the most enjoyable experiences, start to finish, that I have ever had with a Bike Shop. I worked through the process of buying a gravel bike with Jeremy and he went above and beyond every step of the way to help me out. Incredibly responsive, took his time to listen to what I wanted, and made sure he would be able to offer me exactly what I needed. Once I purchased the bike the entire staff at the shop worked seamlessly on getting the bike ready for me. The mechanics are very skilled and really know what they are doing. Terrible Customer Service.

Last month I purchased a bike here, they were great in the shop, very knowledgeable and really seemed helpful. I spent over 4K on a bike and gear. When it showed up, it was missing some things I paid for. At first I thought no big deal, they can mail it to me as I live 4 hours from the shop and I can't just roll in there.

It has been 3 weeks and no one will get back to me. Not cool.

On top of this, the fitting was off and my back and neck have been hurting along with my left shoe kept falling out of the clip and right shoe clip was angled so much it my heel

Spent 4 weeks looking for bikes for the family. Limited stock everywhere. These guys had options on the floor at decent prices. Even though these didn't fit at least they had stuff. So if you are looking during the shortage check them out. Got lucky as they just got a shipment and was able to get three bikes. Decent prices. Worked with Jeremy who built 3 of them for us in about an hour and made sure all was good. Bikes are beautiful and these guys were patient and helpful.

Bike salesman (owner?) refused to wear a mask when helping me. I offered him a new disposable one and he said, “I don’t do that.” I left. Will never return.

I recently bought a new tire and two tubes for my old Schwinn and could not have been more pleased with the service I received at Burlington County Bike Shop. Despite the pandemic, they took the necessary precautions, requiring every patron to wear masks and gloves, as well as limited the number of customers in the store at once. Someone quickly assisted me with getting the correct size tire and tubes and I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great space and top notch service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I stopped into this shop on a whim on my way home from work. I had been looking to upgrade my road bike to something lighter and faster for use in group rides and triathlons. Jeremy listened to what I was looking for and immediately had a bike in mind for me that was in stock. He gave me the year and model so I could take time to research the bike. I stopped in a few days later to confirm it would fit and to ride it a bit to see if I liked it. Luckily it did fit and I did like it! I really tried to buy a bike here. Seriously. Went to the shop; met Charlie, the owner, and explained what I was looking for. He suggested I NOT buy then, but try to wait for better deals when this year's models were closing out to make room for next model year. Really respected that. He took my number and e-mail address.

Well, I heard nothing from him a month later, so I called. We had to go through the whole thing again: what I was looking for, frame size, etc. etc. Took my info again, said he'd call ASAP with the bike options.

Really honest prices including tune ups, bikes, and builds. Just bought a bike and a new wheelset and it rides perfect and is super clean. I would recommend this shop over most around philly.

I bought a bike there and rode it for the first time the pedal fell off the crank so bring it there and they fix it and then I can take the bike out again and the same pedal fell off the crank they basically sold me a lemon. I take the bike back demanding my money back and the guy says we don't do refunds and I can fix this today and I said that the same thing the other guy said and still broke. So now I'm stuck with trying to sell a gift card to place that I would not step foot in.

This is my go to bike store for everything I need. Charlie the owner is awesome and will go out of his way to explain things and assist you with whatever your looking for.

This is a really great shop. Brought an old bicycle in and they gave her an incredible tune-up. It's completely silent now!
There were some delays due to a holiday and busy, but the wait was reflected on the price. Great value.
Also a large selection of bikes for all ages and sizes, very knowledgeable tenants to basically fix all your problems

Went in to get a tune up wasn't completed on time had to wait 2 extra days no compensation for their error. Chain they put on broke after 4 miles, had to walk the bike back in to get fixed. Went back to make the bike street legal for nj. Was sold the wrong front light, and a defective rear light. Also asked for a rear bike rack was told it would work without the recommended additional bracket which wasn't in stock! Went to return all the items and was told no! Only store credit. Why would i want to spend any more money there? BBB complaint filed...thank God for lawyer on retainer!

Once again Burlington comes through. Took my road bike for a fitting to make sure it was correct. Staff took the time to also look over the bike and make sure everything was perfect. Kudos...

When it comes to expert service and good quality. Burlington can't be beat. I couldn't be more pleased. I will be a lifelong customer.

Place is awesome. Spent a lot of time and thought into what bikes to get and Charlie helped align everything for me. I started not knowing anything about riding or style or frame, Anything! We needed two bikes and a baby seat and he helped me pick the perfect bikes. My wife wanted more of a cruiser but could keep up with my road cycle. The order process was simple.
