Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!

Proof of Renters Insurance Cantabria Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish.

Apartments need better services for pest control and repairs. Concrete slab cracked under apartment mositure and black mold...they pulled up carpet and sent in a crew ro clean and dry everything but did not fix the problem amd have not rechecked since then. Roaches, broken stoves, cheap linoleum peel and stick floor....they need to spend some money on the inside instead of the outside of these places..new patio furniture by the pool recently but no resolution to the bug issues (and the apt residents are not dirty, clean all food and wipe down everything all the time)..dont let the appearance fool
